That is the trade off to go during slower times. They aren't going to close the most popular rides during the busiest times. They have more people to spread around on rides, so they need all the rides open to reduce wait times on other rides. When attendance is lower they will do most of the upgrades and refurbishing. I'm sad that I won't be able to ride BTMR, but I understand it's the trade off for having less crowds to deal with.![]()
I know its a trade off, but I think the prices should be lower if you only get half the parks
