The countdown for me, has officially switched to HOURS….

Less than 42 hours till we enter the World!!!!
I have sooooo much stuff to do,
this being sick crap has really, really set me back….

AND….

Although I’ve been excited,
its been super hard for me to be really, really excited,,,
because I kinda didn’t mention that the DH lost his job last week….
So for the past two weeks, I’ve been terrified of our trip, and spending any money….

BUT…. WOO WHOO Yippie, YEAH!

He had an interview on Tuesday and we received word today,
that he will start his new job when we return from Florida on February 20th…
Ahhh, yes.... Now we can relax, and enjoy our vacation!​

Just got a terrible shock went to do online checkin with the airline and found that although my hubby and dd had tickets I do not! We are on the phone trying to find out what has gone wrong.

Okay was able to get tickets but now we are not sitting together but at least we are on the same flights. Seems THEY never processed payment for all three tickets and then cancelled the reservation. But we are back on track, hope nothing else goes wrong...

Gooooood Deal..... I don't think my DH and I will be sitting together either, we leave in two days, and have no seat assignments But as long as were on the same plane, headed to the same destination, I'm ok with that

No. We looked it up online the other day, and noticed that the available remaining seats are scattered around the plane. We’re hoping that when we arrive on Saturday morning that the desk clerk can maybe move some things around,, not sure that will be possible… But, like I said, as long as we both get there on the same plane, it’ll be ok!

I'm excited because we've planned an impulsive mini-trip to Disney the 23 - 26! I'd said in the past that I would NEVER go to Disney for just 1 day 1 park ... Ummm ... but, a friend of mine and her 2 kids who have never been to Disney are going to be able to come with us and they can only afford tickets for 1 day. It'll be tons of fun to introduce someone to Disney!

Nesser, I have a question and I'm not sure if you would have an answer or could direct me to someone who might. There is a boy from my hometown who is 13 and has a brain tumor. He has finished chemo and next will be going thru radiation. I'm going to make a sign for him and see if I can have a picture of a bunch the characters holding the sign. Do you think this is something that I can have guest services help me with or would it be something I'd have to try to do on my own (getting more of individual pictures)? I know this may be out of your realm of expertise, but any info would be helpful, thanks!

Hey guys. I am @ WorldQuest Resort right now. Yesterday we hit Epcot and had a blast.
We rode TT twice, that is DD's fav ride. He is a couple of photos from yesterday.

It looks like the forecast changed again from this morning...Sat looks like AM showers but a little warmer than previously stated, now at 73. I'm okay with that! The rest of the week (so far) looks gorgeous.

I get to do online check in for my departing flight TONIGHT!!! I have to wait until 8:30pm though...can only check in 1-24 hours in advance!

I can't wait!!!

I finished cleaning the house today. Tomorrow morning I have to do last minute laundry so we can pack everything we want, and I have to bathe my two Maltese either tonight or tomorrow morning. We have someone who is going to live here 24/7 while we're gone and take care of the dogs & house. I'm really looking forward to going somewhere without the dogs for once! It will be so peaceful...LOL!

Checking in from the road! Left NH around midnight and are half way through NJ! So far so good. The weather is looking amazing for all of us headed down this week--unless it changed since last hour! Bought some b-day decorations yesterday for the room and some Disney Valentine clings for the windows.

The girls are on the lookout for "hidden Muckeys" along the NJ Turnpike. LOL
