I think you'll have plenty to do at the 4 parks, without DQ. (DQ=DisneyQuest. I always think Dairy Queen when I type that - ha!) Especially for those ages. Also, I think at least Typhoon Lagoon will be closed the whole month for refurb/maintenance, along with Dumbo, Thunder Mountain, Electrical Parade (resuming the 11th), fantasmic (resuming the 12th), backlot tour (closes Feb 13, so do it right when you get there, if you're gonna do it at all!) Honey I shrunk the kids playground (closes Feb 13)... for the whole list, check here: http://allears.net/tp/rehabs.htmWe are going Feb 11-17, our original plan was to go the 13-16, but I realized I could upgrade my military tickets to a florida select weekday pass for just $50 more per adult and $35 per kid...so that gives us 7 days for only $180! what a great deal...I'm soooo excited, anyway, what do you guys think of the crowds...this is our second trip and our first we went the week school was starting in Fl...so crowds were low.....do you guys think this will be crowded? I'm hoping by adding 3 extra days we can take it easy and do everything...and do you think we should add on the parks and more to our military tickets since we are going to upgrade anyway? is anybody else going to do water parks or is it too cold? also do you think my kids would enjoy disney quest at all, they are 5, 4, and 1. Thanks for the info! I'm so excited to go in just a few days!!!![]()
I checked out the facebook page, but I'm still confused... Can you please tell me how this works? THANKS!![]()

This is only our 2nd time going as a family as well. For crowd level predictions, I've been checking out easywdw.com. There are even park predictions. I like that the reasons are all explained, so you can really make up your own mind based on if you agree or not, you know?
What a great deal on tickets. Glad you're able to stay the extra days - it'll be so fun!
Have a great trip!
I'm completely new to this, but is it typical that this many major attractions would be closed like this? I'm extremely bummed that Thunder Mountain, Dumbo, Backlot Tour, and the Honey I Shrunk The Kids stuff will be completely closed... Is this normal?
Here are some Photos of the Dresses for our Feb. Trip: (first time posting photos let me know if you can't see them)

*note: she put the dress on backwards, lol strap goes across other shoulder*
*this was a hand cut freezer paper stencil*
We are making this a surprise trip for her, and as I do alot of sewing for other people I told her these were getting mailed to a friends little girl (who happens to be the same size/age). I just made sure that as soon as I completed a dress it got put out of sight, or "mailed". And of course everytime I finished one it was "mommy are you going to make me one too?", "we'll see halloween is coming" - lol!
I average 3-5 hours per dress, and materials ranged from $10(pocahontas / wendy)-$40 (fair godmother/mary poppins) each.
