It was hard to watch some of the scenes for personal reasons, because I think Kidman is adorable, because I'm a normal human, and because I know that had to take a ton out of any actor playing that role.

I read somewhere that it took a real emotional toll on both of them, understandably so. I'm sure it brought up difficult feelings for a lot of people, and I'm sure it made it difficult to watch. I thought they did a more realistic portrayal than you often see, especially with the therapy...but I digress...

Murder mystery among a group of rich moms. It is really good. And these women sure to love each other

They made the insidious push and pull of dv so real! It was disturbing, but man, it was well done.

We read in in my book club, it's the story of these 6 main female characters and how their lives intertwine. It deals with some very heavy subject matter as well.
