Millie Bobbie Brown's dress - hmm... not loving it.

I see her now. It's that big blue eyeshadow that ages her.

I thought she looked better than she normally does but the heavy eye shadow color was off. I'm wondering if they are doing makeup for inside lighting and being up on a stage and it is just too much for outside daylight.

OMG... I can't believe I barely made it... and that AT&T has totally screwed up my Uverse TV and I have no channels other than local channels. AHHHHHHHH!! Ive been working all day and I need a drink.

The problem is, even if they are all being over-paid, they should get equal pay to their male counterparts.

In professional tennis, the men always get more money, but they play an extra 2 sets of tennis, so it's obvious why they should get more.

I agree in some professions but not sure if I do when it comes to entertainment and I am torn....do Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest deserve the same pay or should she make more because she was on the show for 15 years? Who is the bigger name? I do think in terms of Cat Sadler and Jason Kennedy they both started the same time and have the same general experience. Does Jason have a better agent who negotiated a better deal?

I've actually seen her in real life. I felt bad, I actually couldn't stop staring at her, she's really beautiful in real life. The cameras make her look too harsh, with hard, angular lines that she doesn't have in real life.

I remember being a kid and part of the draw for the awards show were the amazing dress and the glamour that went along with them. Boy that has changed.

I thought the same thing. She has the younger version of that outfit - and IS of the age to wear it. Only the wide, straight lines down the bodice do not make her "girls" look good.
