Agreed. I have paid full price, not terribly certain I would be up for doing that again, unless I happened to be traveling with a large group and could split the cost with them. For $30 though, sign me up!

3 weeks from yesterday until we leave for Florida! (Doing a night in Clearwater and Legoland for 2 nights before Disney). This morning, on a rainy day, we finished watching Cinderella and now finishing Mary Poppins. (we started both of those a few months ago, but never finished). DS LOVED cinderella! And well, who doesn't like Mary Poppins? (rhetorical question). Magic bands have been sent. All tickets have been purchased. My Disney 'care package' has arrived. (I buy mickey pjs, and a few small things plus an autograph book for our arrival). I have visitors next weekend but then the guest room will be suitcase/pack central. We spend 2 weeks in Florida.

Today my family and I finished the rest of our reservations and booked a [very late notice] trip to WDW this August!

I'm having a split-stay at Disney World late August to early September. We are staying at Old Key West and The Villas at Animal Kingdom Lodge from August 27th to the 4th of September.

Hi everyone! I have a trip planned for August 25th-September 7th. We'll be doing a split stay between the Poly & Beach Club! I'm getting very excited for it to be August already!

I finished doing almost all our packing yesterday. I also got the baking for our ride down done and in the freezer. We have a few gluten free people in the family so no road food. It's not worth getting tummy troubles on the way to Florida.

We are leaving NY in 24 days. Magic Bands should be here today We are working on T shirts for the trip. Some of the packing is done, and all of the planning. It's getting close now!

But I'm just realizing how much I have to do....
- haircuts
- buy new shoes
- car maintenance (cause we're driving)
- buy more American money
- buy health insurance
- school supplies for the kids (cause we return the day before school starts)

We got school supplies over the weekend and sneakers will be bought down there on one of our days "off" or on the ride home. He's growing so fast they may not fit come September if we get them now. Car had it's first oil change over the weekend. Umbrellas are already under the front seat and head phones are in the pockets. getting even more real!

Just seen the updated hours, First day we have a reservation for BOG at 8:05am, park opening was 9am, but is now 8am.

Good news is my last night there hours are extended till 1am!!! I can spend my last day at my favorite park late hehe

HELP!! Now what should I do lol. I have our Fast Passes booked for the evening at AK.. hmmm.. Original plan was to have breaky before park opening, stay at the park till just after lunchtime and head over to ALK for a late lunch at Sanaa then spend the evening at AK... hmmmm

Any suggestions for me lol.

We are in the same boat as you. In some cases the later hours help us, but one of the earlier openings affected our PPO breakfast at BOG too. We decided to still be at the park for the time we planned (7:40am) and ride while lines are short. I grabbed an early ADR BOG lunch (to replace the breakfast). We like all BOG meals, but prefer lunch to breakfast anyway. We look at it as 'we're at Disney, so it's all good' I guess this gives us something to do (tweak our plans)

I would drop BOG but otherwise keep your plans. Get there for an 8am rope drop, ride some rides and maybe grab a light/quick breakfast from the Mainstreet bakery. And save your fp's for AK.
