The Official 2010 MNSSHP- Tips,Tricks and a few Treats !

We were at the party on September 28th. It was awesome. The weather was AWFUL all day but at 7 on the dot it cleared up and we were able to take our ponchos off. I will post pics as soon as I can get them up.

We did not see the headless horseman that night. We thought maybe we just missed him but I heard a lot of people around the park asking about him so maybe he didn't ride b/c of how wet the ground was?

we were there the same night...I don't know about the 1st parade, but the headless horsman was out for the 2nd parade, we were at the bridge in liberty square and he rode right by us....then stopped on the bridge, then walked to the other side and stopped in front of the vip viewing area then turn and rode off towards Main Street.....

I just wanted to share with everyone that my husband and I went to the party Friday, Oct 1st. We had an amazing time. No wait on ANY ride! The lines to take pics were also minimal. I was really suprised. I was expecting it to be really crowded...even some of the employees at the rides were suprised at how low the crowds were. I have to say...I think I enjoyed the Halloween party more than the Christmas party that we attended last year! (even though they are both worth the money) The parade was awesome! My only complaint is...they were sold out of the mickey ghost popcorn buckets! I REALLY wanted to one! I talked to one on the gentlemen working at a popcorn stand and he said they sold out after only a few parties but they still have them at Animal Kingdom. We unfortunately only had tickets to the party so couldn't go get one! Hope everyone going over the next few weeks has a great time!!!!

not sure if this has been asked yet , if so sorry for the repeat....I loaded our photopass pics tonight, and on the MNSSHP card there are several Disney pics of the party characters....I pre-ordered the cd before we left....will those pics be on the cd? thanks

To put it simply, everywhere. Every store in MK that was open had MNSSHP merchandise. T-shirts, Pins etc can be found everywhere. Just note that a few stores do have some items that may be different than others. If you can't find something that your are looking for at one store, another may have it. Have fun!!

FYI, some stores start bringing out the stuff at 6:30pm. And from what I saw there are two t-shirt styles. A black one and a purple/black t-tyed one (we got this one).

Not sure if this got posted already or not... but they are sold out already! I tried to get one at all four parks and was shut out. An employee said they MIGHT get mroe in Oct 17th but that was a big maybe.

I was so totally bummed as it was the one thing on my wishlist!

Bummer!!!! Thanks for posting... Here's to hoping they restock and if not I'll survive...

That is so sad about the popcorn buckets, I really wanted one of those. Here's hoping for restocking before the 19th!

From what I understand there is Halloween stuff out all the time. Just MNSSHP specific stuff comes out for MNSSHP (eg. shirts/pins/etc.).

At 6:50 pm the line was wrapping around the corner and 100+ guests deep. Here is a pic of the line for the 7 Dwarfs at 6:50pm from our 09/21/10 party.

What time did you get in line...6:30 and you were like 5th or 6th...we are going to the November 1st party.

I got it at the Emporium. I had to specifically ask for it, as it's not out with the other pins.

It seems like it's been forever since I've been on here. I got dreadfully sick on my way home from a wonderful trip, got a little better than a lot worse and ended up in the hospital. Not a fun few weeks for me! Anyway I just wanted to let anyone who requested a map know that the last batch have finally been sent out. Anyone who sent me an address should have it within a few days. Sorry it took so long but I was just too sick t do it until now. Today is the first day I've even been online since I was at Disneyworld! I do still have a few left so if there is anyone else who would like one just let me know and I'll make sure I do a better job of getting them out!

Oh my Terri, I sure hope you are okay! I got my map two days ago, and have to say I was surprised since I sent you an email a week or so after you posted. It was the best surprise to get and I wanted to say a public thanks to you for that as well as the private email thanks I gave. You should have seen my face when I opened that mail.

The photopass CD will include all pics that are in your account at the time the order is placed (finalized). So all pictures you create with borders etc, the originals, and any extras like the MNSSHP bonus pics should be on it.
