I've been sick since we returned from WDW (12/21!). First a respiratory issue, then a stomach bug last week (which I don't wish on anybody), but now I'm ready to get back on track with my fitness goals. Can you put me down for 15 minutes a day - I'll start out slow until I get back in the groove.

1/10 - 15 minutes shoveling the cursed snow
1/11 - 15 minutes stationary bike
1/12 - 15 minutes stationary bike

So I went a little nutty at the gym today. I knew I got in nothing Tuesday, I had to run slow in the snow yesterday, and due to weekend travel plans, there is a chance I will get nothing in Sat, Sun or Monday. Hoping to get a run in somewhere, but not counting on it. So, I tried to sort of replace some of those days with time today, because I had extra time this morning. I needed the stress relief too. Aside from an hour long spin class, I sort of did a mix of stuff on and off including PT exercises, strength training, walking and a bit of running. 140 minutes total.
