Good morning, and happy day off to all those who have the long weekend!
When I searched "Disney, Martin Luther King Day" I got mostly crowd predictions, but I did get one article with quotes by young Disney Channel stars on what the day means to them:
I have no personal exercise to report for yesterday, but I'm sure I'll make up for it today, as we got snow! So I'll definitely be out shoveling later. - But I really don't mind, as none of us have to leave the house early today, and it's super pretty! (Plus, after last year, a couple of inches doesn't seem so bad!)

Catching up for the week -
33 minute run/walk on Thursday
10 minutes core on Friday
150 minutes on Sunday - long run/walk plus quick stretch.
30 minutes shoveling this morning - Hopefully something else later
60 more minutes in and out and around the parks yesterday. 129 minutes today between the 10k and all the walking associated with it. Heading back home this afternoon, medal in hand!
I'm at 745 minutes. I think I need to change my goal to 1400! This morning I walked to my girlfriend's house, then walked 3 miles with her then walked back home. I'd been home for about 30 minutes when another girlfriend called and wanted to go for a 3 mile walk! We went, but I know it was closer to 2 than 3 based on the time it took. However long, my tootsies were tired!
As expected, my weekend was busier than I'd like. Plus I was struggling with an ankle/tendon injury. So only 45 minutes over the weekend. Today I tried to make up for lost time over the weekend with 3 hours at the gym. 180 minutes today broken down as 40 minutes Elliptical, 70 minutes running, 30 walking, 40 minutes strength. So, 225 total since my last updates. 985/1750
Adding another 390 minutes since the last time I posted. Life's been busy this past week. I'm trying to leash train the puppy so I'm able to get in some good walks around the park and neighborhood.
I apologize for not reporting anything til now! I don't know what's gotten into me - I have GOT to get back in the habit of consistent exercise. I feel SO MUCH better when I get moving!
I have 201 minutes to add - walking and a couple of trips to the gym.
