My gawd we can't sit outside by a pool here in summer! xD

Tres cold! It peaked at 36 degrees today. That to me is freezing and the good news? It only gets colder! Riding is so hard when your hands have turned blue (and I had gloves on!) and your feet are numb.

Oh my! I could not leave the house if it was that cold. xD
I'm such a Florida girl. Haha.

Eh you get used to it.

I'm an ex-Californian, (2x, north and south)
and although I hate how cold it is, I just don't go outside much in winter xD

I also lived in a country with very high temp/humidity... so yeah, I still think I'd take that over colddd.

I've lived here all my life so you think i'd be used to low temperatures but I really really don't get on with the cold. xD

Oh Comet's fine. He won't let you get near him with clippers so he's still got a nice thick winter coat (he's like a giant teddy bear) keeping him warm, plus he's doing all the work so he warms up. We have a nice heavy rug for him to be turned out in and a snuggly stable rug and we put another fleece over that for the nights in his stable. He's a tough pony, we got him from west wales where he lived on the side of a mountain in much harsher weather, he probably laughs at this

Who the heck gets lumbered with maths mocks on the last week before christmas break??!!
I swear to gawd if it's on Thursday 18th I will cry. Actually cry. That is the day I go to Olympia and I really fricking don't want to have to cancel it. I get to see all my old friends, world class show-jumping and hell it's amazing shopping.
I don't care if one of the two trips I have to go on is on the 18th, I'll just miss them but I can't frigging miss mocks.
