The New Tagliarchy! The Official Tag Fairy Fan Club!

:)Thank you all! I love reading your posts! :) They make me laugh and smile
Happy to be back on the dis. I've been away for awhile but returning back to the World the Saturday after Thanksgiving :) and never went this time of year before. My mom will be taking my family, my sister, her dh and their child (will be born some time this year :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: I can't wait. My children are the only ones on both sides of the family so we can't wait to have cousins and to be an aunt and uncle!

ps, how did I do with the colors! I want to fit in LOL

Well js, you'll be in for a treat. WDW has all of their Christmas decorations up that time of year. But it will be crowded during Thanksgiving. Went two yrs ago with my just 2 yr old and I thought I'd be a goner w/ all the people.

re: the colors; check out Robins's link and pick an available color and let her know.

Glad you are back!!

Hey llebrekniT, I think Nieceosaurus and Nephosaurus need smilie help. I think they want to post all about their morning activities with graphics.

They're in the bath (aka washing machine) right now. I'm hearing screams for help from one and laughter from the other. Can you guess which is which. I heard one of them say, as I was putting them in, something about reporting me to the Department of Dragon Welfare.

How about a nice warm bowl of soup and grilled cheese sandwiches for lunch. It's cold and rainy here. But I guess it could be worse.

Now, about our Hamper challenged members... Why is it so difficult to put a few pieces of clothes in a basket or hamper? I know you're always aiming wadded up pieces of paper at trash cans, so what's the problem???

<MARQUEE>WELCOME JS!!!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15_1_70.gif' border=0></a> </MARQUEE>

Have you picked a color yet?

Back from the mall trip with Deadheadbelle! Had a fun visit to the Disney Store.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_12_2.gif' border=0></a> Lots of bargains, I got a cute Tink shirt for around $3!

I dropped a bunch o' bucks at the Godiva shop! No kidding, I really did! I'm not just talkin' trash. I brought back lots of goodies

to share - have some - just leave some for the TAG FAIRY. I bought the liquer truffles for DH, anybody ever had those? For Daniel, who is 11, I got his favorite, he loves the vanilla truffles, but at $1.50 each he doesn't get them often. Santa brought some at Christmas, but they're long gone. Also got some raspberry cordials, yum-yum.

Got Ella bug some books with the little flaps she can lift and find a picture under, she loves them and it is the ONLY time she sits down during her day. She will sit and look at books<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_3_5.gif' border=0></a> for as long as you can take it. Other than that, she can be found scaling the walls<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_10_1.gif' border=0></a> and dancing on the tables.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/5/5_1_101.gif' border=0></a> Again, this is complete truth I speak.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_11_46.gif' border=0></a>

js, the colors look great! Welcome!

Also welcome to Danauk and any other recent additions to the TAGLIARCHY family that I never "officially" welcomed.

Bichon Barb, I hope you know I'm just giving you a hard time. I don't want to get you mad at me cuz then you won't let me stay with you at Ft. Wilderness (which I'm sure you were going to do, right? ::yes:: ). :teeth:

Hiya everybody. Back from the mall, I thought we'd be at the new abode by now...what's going on? llebrekniT & I went to the Disney Store. I got some pajamas for Josh, $7.99! bargain. I also went to the bookstore and got a Passporter so I can start planning (if DH ever gets his vacation dates approved).

Add my DH to the list of Hamper-challenged. I blame it on DMIL who , like Lewski709, just had him throw the dirty clothes down the stairs. At the end of the day, they'd be folded on his bed. Anyway, we are working on it & DS-Josh is doing pretty well, if I do say so myself.

js, congratulations on your upcoming trip! How long will you be staying? Family gatherings are so much fun with lots of kids. My parents have 8 grandkids, 7 of them are under the age 7 so it is fun, CRAZY sometimes, but fun. Plus, I love that my kids are so close with their cousins, well some of them, anyway ;) .

HuggaBaloo, WOO HOO! You have taken the first step, you know things are going to fall into place now, right? I can't wait to hear about your BIG job offer that I know is coming soon!!!!

Oh, I almost forgot! I got an email today confirming that the IRS has accepted my return!!! WOO HOO! Won't be long now before I get to make ressies for October.

OK, since I am going to go into planning mode soon, I have a new question for you guys. Where is the one restaurant that you absolutely must eat while at WDW?? Also, where have you not eaten, but want to try?

We've eaten at Donald's Breakfastosaurus each time we've gone to WDW.

I've always wanted to try Mama Melrose's.

Thanks for the supportive words, DHB! You guys will be the one of the first to know when something happens (sorry, there are a few others I'm required to notify first ;) ).

To answer your questions:

I absolutely LOVE Boma!

There are many restaurants I have not tried but one of the one's I'd really like to do is California Grill, timed to coincide with the MK fireworks. It just seems like it would be so romantic. Also would really like Artist Pointe.

To answer the question, ours has always been Chef Mickeys, but this last time it wasn't as good as it used to be. We'll still go, maybe for breakfast next time. Just love the atmosphere. Crystal Palace is a must for us!

I've been wanting to try Boma's and Beaches and Cream.:hyper:

Sneaking in a post at work...had several pages to read, here's my input on a couple (sorry no color):

Ohanafamily.......I was thinking about magical gatherings in the shower this AM! Could be a possibility for our crowd, know it could end up being expensive for the families...especially the meal related ones....but the pirate/wishes event is not as expensive. As a single I'd even be willing to 'chip in' for the family groups....something for us to keep in mind when dates are set. Most of the magical gathering events are only offered twice a week.

Must eat restaurant: BOMA (my new favorite) and Crystal Palace lunch.

Want to try restaurant: Carnflabbit! can't remember the name...buffett at Wilderness Lodge....uh, Trails End?

Regarding hampers: One of the joys of living alone....you can be neat, you can be messy.....you just gotta remember where you left your clothes! 90% of the time mine make it to the hamper, but sometimes they fall by the wayside. I promise not to leave anything laying around in our new house...IF WE EVER MOVE!

We always eat at The Garden Grill at The Land in Epcot. We also try for Breakfastosaurus, for obvious reasons. ;) We also usually make at least one trip to Rainforest Cafe'.

As for where I want to try that we've never been, Boma's. Oh, and Artist Point.

But do you think we could all fit in your shower?  :p

Sorry, I'm in a weird mood today...as you can probably tell. ::yes::

You'll love Artists Point if you ever get chance to go there. We ate there last summer and it was lovely. I had the bufalo steak which was amazing.:hyper:

Ditto.

We love Crystal Palace and always go there. Since we are the chocolate family.. Ghiraldelli or Beaches and Cream are tops on the list too.

DS#1 and I LOVE Bomas.. DH and DS#2 are picky eaters and only like burgers, pasta, pizza etc.. However, we went for my B'day last summer and will be going for DS#1's b'day at Springh Break.

I want to try Cape May, Ohanas, Chef Mickey's.

BTW if we don't move , will the DIS evict us??

I think ohanafamily was told they'll turn out the lights and lock our door for us if we don't move by the time we hit 150 pages.

Sure, just keep picking on me. :snooty:

Deadheadbelle, you are a bad influence. I was going to rent "Lost in Translation" for tonight, but I ended up buying it. I really wanted to see it when it was in the theater but didn't get a chance. Rob has to take a principle out to dinner tonight, so I am going to make myself a nice steak, a sweet potato and a salad and get out the box of tissues. (Is it a tear jerker?)

And I may even have a glass of WINE with my dinner -- not WHINE! So how's that!?!?!? ;)

BTW, llebrekniT, could ya pass some of that there Godiva please? I need some comfort food. (sniff sniff)

I'm not a picky eater, but the more expensive, the better. :teeth: Seriously, Rob and my favorite grown-up places are: California Grill, Portobello Yacht Club, Rose and Crown (if we can sit outside and catch Illuminations).

For the "fun" aspect, I like Garden Grill, the restaurant in Germany, Ohana's, and any character breakfast.
