The New Tagliarchy! The Official Tag Fairy Fan Club!

Tigger Fans!, I am a little depressed. I have been talking with the conscience of te Dis about rolling colors and how to make the computer do them. I was going to post some cool text effects which I found in that book I was telling you about...well, other than the fact they don't want a lot of people doing things that can cause the browsers to blow up, there are lots of restrictions on what they will let you code into a page. He gave me a way to do it, but it involves an expensive software package (that I own) so I will not be able to pass on my cool new text effects that I was playing with for you to do...

Oh Well....

Look for the next year to be much more colorful from me........

:bounce:

I wanted to post a picture here from our trip. It's from one of the good days, Ella's birthday to be exact. Hope it works-

I already previewed my post and the picture isn't showing.

Tell me why Ohanafamily!?!

I posted on the thread for Mad4Mickey. :grouphug: Hope she'll be back soon.

OMG llebrekniT, what a great photo. It just seems to be missing one important person...

Great picture! Don't I have the cutest nieces & nephew?

OK, I am going to try to post a pic. Here is Lainie on her 1st birthday...

Her birthday was actually 12/8/03, but DH set the date wrong on the new camera. It has since been fixed.

Ok, if this works, here is a picture of Josh (DS-4) playing Scooby Doo on Playstation2...

OK, I tried, why did it work when I previewed the post, but not when I posted??? HELP ME OHANAFAMILY

Love the pics. :) (Don't know why I can't see them in the posts here, but if I copy the address into a new browser window they come through just fine.)

I posted them using Ofoto.com, but on my computer it just shows a box with an X. So, I had loaded one using imagestation & now I can see it (the first pic of Lainie). What is the deal?

I guess Ofoto doesn't work?

I added the picture of Josh to imagestation & it worked, so I guess I'll use imagestation instead of Ofoto. I just went to Ofoto because our new camera is Kodak & Ofoto is a Kodak site. Oh well, I'm just so happy that I can do it!!

I'm up early to work on my trip report before Ella wakes up.

Love the picture Ohanafamily, show off.;) I think I know what I did wrong. I tried to copy the thumbnail picture. I'll try another one later. RRBB You didn't you see me? I'm the one behind the camera.:teeth:

Deadheadbelle, cute picture of Lainie. Josh is cute too, but I've seen that one before. Now that you're posting pictures, please post the one of Ella eating her cake.:bounce:

What the heck, I'm going to try a picture now.

This is DH, Holly and Ella on our patio at the Grand Floridian before we went to dinner at Chef Mickey's for Ella's birthday. One of the few good days. Awww, aren't they too cute for words?

I stopped at Krispy Kremes on the way into work... so have a donut and a coffee or hot chocolate... I am off the read the next installment of llebrekniT's trip report.

:wave2:

Good Morning everyone. Thanks geffric, I'll take a donut and hot chocolate. I'm waiting for the plumbers to arrive to work in our bathroom. And a little later this morning the designer is coming over.

llebrekniT, your daughters are adorable in their Minnie dresses. I'm glad y'all were healthy at least for Ella's birthday.

Well I have to apologize to y'all. I really did plan to light the Menorah here last night, but just as I started to post the DIS went down for maintenance. I promise I'll do it earlier tonight. Then afterwards we can play dreidel. I'll even supply the coins for it - chocolate of course. :teeth:

Hi all, I have actually had a productive morning. I managed to keep a program called Gator out of our CFO's new computer, I fixed a display problem on another computer, and I freed up 9GB on our e-mail server. We just opened the front door and are waiting for the deluge of guys who are in a serious dog-house. (I work retail)

Mcdonalds Egg McMuffin's for everyone!!!!!

Good morning (almost afternoon) everyone! :wave2:

It's been a while since we did a question. Are you interested? Here's my question.....

<center><font face=bedini color=red size=3>What are your holiday traditions???
<img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_2_80.gif' border=0>(For either Christmas or Hanukkah.)

When I was a kid we always celebrated Christmas with my Grandparents. Since Grandpa was a fireman he was always out on calls on Christmas day so we opened our gifts on Christmas eve. Then the Grandkids would all perform the Christmas story (we usually had a real baby to use as Baby Jesus). We still exchange our gifts Christmas Eve (we just read the Christmas story now) and then Santa pays us a little visit during the night.

DBF and I have our Christmas as a couple either a few days before or after(when he gets into town). This year we'll either go see a movie or go to karaoke

While we were dating, RRBB and I watched a marathon of "A Christmas Carol" and various other versions of Scrooge. This year we plan to repeat it, but the only thing we do every year is sleep.

:bounce:

Growing up we usually lit the menorah before dinner then opened presents after dinner. We got to open one gift a night on Hanukkah, except for the night that was set aside for me and my sisters to exchange gifts with each other. And on the night when my grandfather would come over, we sat down on the floor to play dreidel too. (We had more traditions - that my sisters and I still follow - for Passover than for Hanukkah.)

It's still so weird for me when ohanafamily and I get together with his family for Hanukkah. I'm just not used to the chaos that seems to be their tradition.
