Good mornin' everyone! It's freakin' freezin' here!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/28/28_3_2.gif' border=0></a>
RRBB, are you sure that's the only reprimanding you get to do? Ohanafamily did mention getting in trouble for not feeding the hungry-hungry hamper.......... Anyway, <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_14_3.gif' border=0></a> I didn't start it, but I'll stop now, but you better make her stop pickin' on me. Talk about mean.
I have suggested that oddball27 be the holder of the official TAGLIARCHY basketball.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_8_3.gif' border=0></a> Would someone like to second this?
TNCarole STOP! Whatever you do, do NOT start in with Ohanafamily and the techie-talk.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_4_106.gif' border=0></a> I'm glad to see you back in here on a regular basis, I've missed you.
Let me tell you guys a little bit about last night. We had dinner at the in-laws for the Jan. birthdays in the family. As Deadheadbelle mentioned The Don came with two of the hellions, minus Nancy-pants and Brockolini, who was leaking something green from somewhere?, I'm not sure which end, I didn't get into that conversation.
Anyway, the chasing, screaming and tackling were in full motion when we arrived. Poor Josh, he was lead astray by the evil Grif. Deadheadbelle was in the midst of a losing battle in trying to calm little Josh because as soon as she got him to sit down, Grif would come out of nowhere and bulldoze him!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_132.gif' border=0></a> It was nuts! Balls<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/376.gif' border=0></a> were flying through the air, bodies were hitting the ground left and right<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18_1_30.gif' border=0></a> and the screaming, my God, the screaming!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_11_2.gif' border=0></a>
DHB had just talked Josh into accepting the last chicken nugget in the house so that he would have something in his belly, and he really does need to eat. He and the Grif are only 6 weeks apart in age, but Grif<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_8_5.gif' border=0></a> has about 20 pounds on poor little Josh<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_10_2.gif' border=0></a>. So, there we are positioned around the coffee table in the family room - me holding the Ella bug, Daniel, DHB and Josh. Out of the corner of my eye I caught Grif coming across the room at full speed and he tackled poor DHB AND Josh in one quick move.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_1_300.gif' border=0></a> Only this was no football game and DHB had no helmet! He took down DHB and Josh and kept on goin'.
After that DHB made it her personal mission to keep the Grif in line since it was obvious The Don wasn't going to get up off his onery butt and do anything. And when he did step in it wasn't to actually punish the little demon. For example, Grif picks up a yo-yo and starts swinging it like a child-gone-mad, DHB jumps up and tries to wrestle it away from the little monster, to no avail. The Don overhears all the fuss and comes in and negotiates with the child that he may keep the yo-yo as long as he doesn't do that anymore. Yeah, right.
I actually got the opportunity to chase down a block that Grif had been warned by DHB not to throw again. I beat him to it, by a nose, although I did sort of have to clothes-line the little nipper to do it. That was fun. (I didn't hurt him, I promise<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_4_106.gif' border=0></a>)
Maddie, the other little hellion, was actually quite mellow. Other than a constant what's her name (referring to one baby or the other) Ella? Lainie? Ella? Lainie? Is this Ella? Is her name Lainie? What's her name? Ella? Lainie? Ella? What is this baby's name? We were only there 2 hours and she asked at least 63 times, that would be a pretty close estimate. About every 4 or 5 minutes she would ask. I'm not exagerating, not even a little. One baby is in a pink dress with blonde hair and the other is wearing red overalls and has darker hair. They really weren't hard to tell apart. But that was pretty harmless, although very annoying after a while.
Miraculously the babies escaped injury, although Ella did take a blow to the head at one point.
But the pie was great! Banana cream, yum-yum!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_1_130.gif' border=0></a>
Have a great weekend everyone!
