The New Tagliarchy! The Official Tag Fairy Fan Club!

RRBB, Poor Nephosaurus is waiting for his parcel, I hate to tell him that UPS delivers after 5:00pm to the house. (He is almost as bad as his uncle was when waiting for his mail order bride; at least he hasn't got the maps up on the walls with the picture of the UPS truck on it's route.....

Popup blocker? when did you start getting a lot of popups.....

Hey Lewski709, if you feel like you're getting a cold, get to the store and get some Zicam pronto! Take it for the next 24 - 36 hours as directed and then maybe once or 2x a day for the next couple days. If it's a cold, it will be almost gone in 24 hours, but I stay on for just a bit longer to be sure. It's amazing! As far 3 kids go, I tell everyone that if Holly had been like this Ella monkey, there would be no Ella monkey. ;) Holly was, and still is, about the most perfect child ever. That being said, I couldn't imagine life without my little Ella. But, we're done! I'm getting too old for this. With the older two involved in sports and other activities, not to mention homework and school projects, it becomes quite a juggling act. I like to be busy, but enough is enough, and for us I think three is enough. And just right, too. However, Daniel was going to be an only child and then we needed Holly, and then after Holly, we had a perfect pair of children, so we were done having babies, then Holly went to kindergarten and I wasn't ready to be done, so along came Ella and...... I feel like our family is just perfect now. I told DH, (before we had Ella), that when I looked into the future and tried to imagine Thanksgiving or Christmas, having our kids with their kids over, I felt like someone was missing in my mental picture, someone who wasn't even here yet. That someone was our little Ella monkey.

Ohana, since DH deleted his Norton (I'm still screaming inside over this), what do you suggest I do? Besides, whipping him with a rubber hose that is.;)

Gotta run, I have to get to the store!

HEY! For all of us 'newer' members (Since Aug '03) go to RRBB's color wheel link, at the bottom is the links to the origianal homes...on page 73 of the first house is where Rikku and RickNYC coined the term Tagliarchy

Pretty cool 'history' lesson!

Glad you all enjoyed the story. Just because I'm the keeper of the book, doesn't mean anyone else can't read from it. So feel free to plan a storytime of your own! The book has many stories, some very short, others several chapters, so pick it up and read away!

llebrekniT I can relate with the done after one. I was done after Grant, then uh....he turned 3 and I needed a baby because he was going to be going to kindergarten soon (this year). Horrible birth and multiple mc's made me wait so long for another, if at all. Tye came along and is the perfect baby in every sense including my 1hr 15min in the hospital before he arrived. Do I add another and make him a middle child? I don't feel like the family is complete, but don't know if at 3 it will be either. 5 seems like such a large leap from 4 tho and so much is catered to families of 4. Not to mention, college ......... ughhh. I don't know where that's going to come from anyhow and we will do the best we can to help. Decisions, decisions....maybe I won't be able to have more and I am worrying for nothing. The plan we have and the plan from above certainly can be different. I love my boys though. Another boy is fine too, or a girl, or none....I dunno. I do know with 2 kids, the laundry has seemingly tripled.

Kismetdreams dream about your wedding, a lot. It's such a happy thing to think about and it's over so fast.

Well, Ella decided she needs a little nap so I'm back for a minute.

Just wanted to add a welcome to our recent visitors. And also, thanks again to everyone who was so nice to me yesterday in my time of need.

Where in the heck is Barb and RickinNYC? And I miss TNCarole. She was so nice. I haven't seen Cheeringmom in a couple days either.

Where are you guys?

Ok, I'm off to look for a new recipe for dinner this week. A cook ahead, easy to clean up kind of meal. Suggestions?

Ok, after this I really MUST go! Good point - Lewski. I haven't really had too much trouble with the 5 vs. 4 thing, but it does come up every now and again. Once Ella hits 2, and probably even sooner, she won't fit in a hotel pack and play crib and we will have to start getting 2 rooms most places. Normally, we try to get a suite room when we travel, of course at WDW, that = a big "Yeah, right!" When we stay at a Value resort, like AllStars, we get two rooms already, it's cheaper than getting one room at a moderate. We have stayed in the cabins, they're nice and if you move up to a deluxe you get the daybed. So it's not the end of the world moving up to 5. It was a little harder getting a PS because they count her even though she's not paying and she sits in a high chair. This happens at some restaurants we go to at home, but not all of them count her. If you're even thinking about it, you'll probably end up doing it. (No pun intended.:teeth: )

I must apologize llebrekniT, I thought he loded that other virus software. He can probable reload Norton, but it probably is just a 90 day of updates free promotional version. If he loaded that other software on it, he should be fine for a while. You could also go out and buy a full version of the software of choice.

The other advantages of Norton and Mcafee are since they are "Big Dogs" most programs work with them.

Oh, and your DH is probably quite smart and knows a lot about what he is doing on most things, but prudence would suggest still having an antivirus program...How valuable is your data?

Anyone seen Tigger Fans!? She hasn't been around in almost a week and I'm beginning to miss her bright, rolling posts.
Tigger Fans!, where are you? It's time to come home now!!!

Would it be too bad if I closed my office door and laid down on the floor for a while? :crazy2:

AMEN TO THAT!!!

Josh will turn 5 this summer & Lainie turned 1 in December. I tend to think that the fact that we haven't ruled out another baby probably means we will have another (if it is meant to be).

Tigger Fans! WHERE ARE YOU???

Do you think she heard me???

deadheadbelle and llebrekniT our kids are all around the same ages. Grant will be 5 in April and Tye is 1 on 2/3.

I love your kids' names! A good friend of mine just had her 4th baby in December (she has 4 kids under the age of 7!) & named him Grant. They were out to dinner while she was pregant & their waiter's name was Grant & they liked it. llebrekniT says when you starting naming your kids after waiters, you have probably had enough kids...LOL. If Lainie had been a boy, Ty was at the top of our list. I love that name.

Hello everyone! I'm at the office checking in. I haven't been online since Friday afternoon when I left the office. :( DH is picking up the "home" computer as I type this. He better have it plugged in and running when i get home! ;)

So, I went over to the "lapping" debate, and I see it was closed down. Too bad no one ever answered my question about carseats on buses. Maybe I should start a new debate: "Are you a lazy and stupid parent if you lap your child on public transportation?"

Enough of that! How is everyone doing? I survived Hunter's 8th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese yesterday. ;) God that place is a zoo!

Welcome home Tigger Fans!. We really did miss you. :)

Hi everybody. Haven't had internet the last few days. Good to be back. Wow, seems like we've had a few DIS celebs visiting us. Welcome to Dan and Gail.

Glad to see Tigger Fans! is back. I missed ya!!

Hope you are feeling a little better llebrekniT. Stay away from the DB!!

Lewski709 have I already begged to go with you?? I'm ready for another trip but unfortunately our checking account does not agree with me.

Where the heck is HuggaBaloo Mickilee Tink85 and all the others? Hey guys, we miss ya!!

RRBB the colorwheel page looks fantastic. Have you all been over there lately? She has links to ibouncetoo's stories (which are great BTW!! :) ) our old polls and Tag Fairy links stc. Great job!!!!

Ok gotta go. Have a great day all.

:teeth:

Thanks for the warm "Welcome Home!"

So, what's the current DB status? Who's lost over there and....
who's thinking of visiting? -- give me a minute and I'll talk you out of it! ::yes::

Are we going to do any more polls? Just wondering what we can do to generate another visit from the TF....

Tigger Fans!, we learned alot over at the DB. I guess we should let you in on some secrets about some of your fellow Tagliarchians. First, me, llebrekniT, Lewski709, & I think possibly Cheeringmom are all stupid, cheap, ignorant people who don't care about our kids (I was even questioned as to why I decided to have a child) since we allow our kids to ride on our laps during flights when they are under 2 years old & don't buy them their own seat. Hmmm, let's see what else? Lewski709 tried to start a thread, but it was closed before it had a chance to get going (it was actually deleted completely, no evidence of it's existence). And finally, and sadly, there was a thread about 'sick kids at Disney' that turned into a personal attack on llebrekniT. It got rather ugly so we are not going there ANYMORE!!! However, it did bring DAN MURPHY to the Tagliarchy to offer support for llebrekniT which was rather exciting!
