Just wanted to stop in and say Hi and Goodbye. We are leaving this afternoon for our two day ski trip and will be back Friday evening. I have to pack, then I have to go to the car dealership and then I have to go to the office for a couple hours, then I have to come home and we leave.

First though I have to figure out what I'm going to do with the boys, 'cause I'd rather not bring them in the office.
Anyhoo, can we all bow our heads for a little memorial service?
Yukon Cornelius was a good friend. A reliable friend. He took us on many trips in the 5+ years that we knew him. He happily towed our pop-up (and most recently our travel trailer) over short and long distances--with ne'r a complaint. To Lake Ontario. To the Adirondacks. To the Finger Lakes. To Maine. And to Williamburg Virginia.
Cornelius was also king of the Syracuse winter. He could get us through snow that measured not just in inches--but in feet. With just a touch of a button, Cornelius would fire up all four wheels and off we went.
Yukon Cornelius. We salute you.
Thank you for joining me in a tribute to my SUV that I am trading in today. I can't believe I'm going to be driving a black super crew pick up truck.

The truck has a Harley Davidson decal on the back window. (It's 2003 with 16,000 miles.) DH wants to take it off, but I think I'll leave it on just for yuks.

I told the boys that I was going to take it to a detail shop and get some hot pink racing stripes along the sides.

Rob would kill me.
Okay kids. Don't get into any trouble while I'm gone. (Please wait until I get back.)
