hahahahhahahahahhahhahahahahaha You guys are cracking me up. Go to the store already and get some goodies for Survivor. Please pick me up some of that cheese that sticks to the inside of your arteries with regular chips-not the "baked" kind. Thanks!

Me? Oh I'm fine, I baked the exact same kind of brownies hours ago. They're nestled on top of the stove, cooked to perfection. Ahhhh! Can't wait!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/5/5_1_116.gif' border=0></a>

llebrekniT what time should I be at your house for the Brownies??? I'll bring Chocolate chip ice cream to put on top of them and of course some whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles and some hot fudge sauce too..

TNCarole usually when they kids bring home "presents" they are still breathing and hopping/ crawling/flying etc..

dawgfan I am so glad that you puppy will be okay.. and that you got to hold and love her a bit..Will she/he?? be in the Vets for long?? Is there outpatient for puppies???

Dinner.. what to do for dinner??? Well if we are having

BIG BROWNIES then i guess we need a little dinner so there is room for the BIG BROWNIES ... may a few peas/carrots will do.. can't spoil the appetite for the BIG BROWNIES:teeth:

Danauk have a great week off.. enjoy the health spa and shopping and relaxing.

Brownies.... :hyper: Man, that beats the microwave popcorn we're having as our Survivor treat. I'll have to do better next week! Heck, forget next week... I must bake something gooey and chocolatey tomorrow! :teeth:

Deadheadbelle I'm sorry your kitty went missing... I hope she comes home! I don't think we have any moles in our yard either, thanks to the neighborhood kitties. We do have a very cute chipmunk, however.

I must admit "dead squirrel" wasn't what first sprang to mind when you said you found a "present". Whew, I'm GLAD it was a squirrel.
LOL!!!! Yes, it could have been worse. And as geffric pointed out, it could have been alive and kicking.

The cat DH had before we got married did bring him a live prezzie - a rat. Lucky had a "cat door", and brought the rat to Greg after he had gone to bed. Lucky placed the rat on Greg's chest, then Greg woke up... nose to nose with a live rat.

Nephosaurus
mmmmmmmmmm, Wonka bars are yummy!

Deadheadbelle with all the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_8_3.gif' border=0></a>, it's no wonder those brownies burnt <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/im/bbr.gif' border=0></a>. When you are <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/173.gif' border=0></a> with llebrekniT I bet the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_4_23.gif' border=0></a> went right out the <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_5_13.gif' border=0></a>.

dawgfan So happy to hear the good news about little Buster. My chocolate lab, Cadbury, had to have surgery last year and would die without it. :( Cost me $2500 and everyone said I was CRAZY, but if they only knew how happy she makes me with her sweet doggy smile and waggidy tail and always soooo happy to see me, even when I'm not wearing makeup.........oh well, you get the picture........

,...and because Cadbury's still in my life, I'm the happiest CRAZY person I know!

llebrekniT you should be ashamed for taunting poor Deadheadbelle
about her burnt brownies  I got an early VD box of chocolates that she can have instead, and if you promise to behave, I might even save one of the best for you!

HOORAY IT'S SURVIVOR NIGHT!!!

Time to lust after Colby............I'm drooling already!:hyper:

Hi all, I am back on hold for Microsoft...Toninght...get the procedure for backing up my e-mail folders so I can "Flatten The Box"

dawgfan, glad to hear Buster will be OK.

cadburysmom, some people don't realize that pets are an actual part of the family...

Welcome all...

OK, I haven't read the whole WL thread, but someone hid a box in a hole. People (from the Dis) went to visit the box, and take something, and put something back. Also, there was a log book...This box was at WL, hidden. Someone stole the box, and there were some obnoxious people who started bashing this big time. One person said it could be a terrorist device. I mean, anyone could see it was not an explosive; it was a Tupperware box...But hey. They finally closed the thread. There is a link several pages back...

Oh, well, I will be on hold another 6 hours.

:bounce:

Thank you everyone for the concern about Buster. He had the surgery this afternoon and we will be checking on when we can pick him up tomorrow. I believe we will be able to get him by Saturday. Then the long road to recovery and adjustment.

The WL thread...I had to check this out. How can someone take one of the best ideas to perpetuate happiness and turn it in to a criminal terrorist act. Some people simply do not get it.

TNCarole--did your dog present this squirrel as a gift to you as if he/she thought you would be very appreciative of it? True sign of a good loyal hunting dog. Could have been simply interested in playing with it instead. There is a difference in behavior.

Cadburysmom-wow...I would have done the same thing. Surgery to prolong a best friends/ family members life is no problem and price is no barrier. In my case with Buster the surgery to try and fix the crushed foot was not that positive. My vet, whom I trust, said that the benefit was not there. I wish it had been there.

You all have been great to me about this and I really appreciate this . Since I joined this thread I have been mostly quiet and have had small short posts. I am a quiet guy. I say what I mean and hold nothing back much like Bichon Barb . Hah! I love her posts! She goes for it. I have enjoyed reading the posts here.

Guess what my DH bought me tonight..

GODIVA!!!

We went to the mall and he asked me if I wanted to go get a few pieces of Godiva....

WHAT!!! ARE YOU KIDDING!!! HOW MANY CAN I GET???

OK here it goes.........

What is all this nasty talk about Ricks wand ??LOL HEY people I bought that wand there is not one thing nasty about "Rick's Wand"

About the WL Box...... I am sad it is gone I had a great time taking my nephew out to find it back in OCt when we stayed there . We have a great memory of Brennan seeing a deer when I was putting things in the box .

ok just checking in

Wishing you all a Tagged night
Mishell

dawgfan So sorry, I just realized I didn't make myself clear.....I totally believe you are doing the best thing for Buster in having his leg amputated. In my dog's case, she had to have a tumor removed so surgery was the only option. You sound so kind and loving and I in no way meant to offend you.

Please know you and Buster are in my thoughts and prayers. He's a lucky little dog to have you as an owner!
:D

I'm glad Buster's leg was amputated, dawgfan. Well, not glad, but it sounds like the best thing to do. A co-worker's dog lost a hind leg, and she gets around fine; she kind of hops like a bunny. Buster should do fine. ::yes::

<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_3_72.gif' border=0></a>Busy day today! I brought leftover brownies ESPECIALLY for Deadheadbelle. See cadburysmom, I'm not all that bad. I did feel bad last night when my rotten little kids called their Aunt Deadheadbelle and teased her, saying they had just had the best brownies of their whole lives and asking "what happened to hers?", when they knew already what had happened.

Anyway Survivor was sad, I felt so awful for Jenna. How terrible, but I'm glad she made it back in time.

Lots to do today, Ella's having her <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/99.gif' border=0></a> one year old portrait done at 10:00 and Holly's <a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_33.gif' border=0></a> party and Domino's pizza<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/12/12_4_17v.gif' border=0></a> lunch starts at 11:30. After that a little last minute shopping<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/8/8_8_29.gif' border=0></a> before Ella's nap and then tonight Daniel has a basketball game.<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/18/18_8_2.gif' border=0></a>

Wonder where RRBB and Ohanafamily have been lately. I know he said he was having virus troubles, but is it on every computer he has? I picture a complete computer lab<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_8_6.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_8_7.gif' border=0></a><a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_3_7.gif' border=0></a> at their house. I admit I didn't thoroughly read his post about the virus trouble, but I got the impression it was at work not at home. I can't imagine the virus<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/3/3_8_8.gif' border=0></a> would be in the new "vacuum cleaner" too.....

dawgfan, glad everything went well for the puppy.

Hope everyone has a great day and a fun weekend!

That if I posted one more time it would be my 900th post! I wanted it to be here, with my buddies!

Speaking of which, where are all my buddies today?<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_2_126.gif' border=0></a>

Come out, come out where ever you are!<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15_1_63.gif' border=0></a>

Good Morning.llebrekniT
I didn't hear you come in. Congrats on the 900th post..

. I was in the Kitchen getting breakfast...something quick today.. bagels and chocolate cream cheese with StarBucks and fresh squeezed OJ..

Eric, DS#2, hurt his finger playing football yesterday.. so I have been checking it and determined it is not broken but it is very swollen, so I put it in a splinter.. I want to pick him up early from school and head to the Doctor's but he doesn't want to miss the V'day party...

Oh well.. good thing I am working from home today, in case school calls and I need to take him to the Doc..

I have to call Tech support.. my password isn't working so i can't log into work..

TTFN..

:teeth:

I am here....

Wishing I had brought some of my DD fund raiser chocolate...with a side of bacon...Mmmm...

gee...I am having weird cravings!!

Hey everyone!

Tax Return was deposited in my account this morning, WOO HOO! I just need DH to have his vacation approved (his Boss lost his request, aaaahhh!) & I will be sending Uncle Sam's $$$ to Mickey!

Well, I am off to Sharp's Candies, which is the best candy shop around. Candies are made here in Lexington, so yummy. Anyway, my oldest brother calls & orders a 2 pound box for my mom every year for Valentine's Day & I go pick it up. While I am there, I will pick up some freshly made chocolate for all of you....

geffric, I hope DS#2's (is that geoff or eric?) finger is feeling better. I jammed my index finger about 1 month ago when I fell on our stairs (yes, I was going to fast, I learned my lesson) & it is just now functioning without pain.

Have a great day everyone!

Good morning all!:p

llebrekniT Of course you're not thaaat bad, I did give you "brownie" points for offering your yummy, perfectly baked, chewy and delicious treats to the rest of us who are obviously 'brownie-baking' impaired!!!;)

That was sad about Jenna's mom on Survivor last night.....no amount of money, not even a million dollars, could ever bring back the time she could have with her mom before she died.:(

.......and although I really liked Big Tom before, I really thought it was cold when he said he didn't care what happened while he was away from home and that he would just deal with it when he got back....I bet he'd change his tune pretty quickly if it was his mom with cancer.....sorry, just has to vent a little....I promise to behave and be nice for the rest of the day....

....oh yeah, one more vent, the dreaded 4th Grade Science Project, arghhhhh.......I'm almost willing to hire someone else to do it for my child at this point!

Ok, I'm better now, just have to have a few yummy chocolates to settle my nerves.... oh,no I forgot, I ate them during Survivor last night. Guess I gotta head back to the store for more chocolate!!!!:hyper:

llebrekniT I imagine that Ohanafamily and RRBB 's house has so many computer's and they are probably working on getting them voice activated.
