I find it hard for me to eat healthy.
Most of the year fruit isn't in season so during the winter months there's nothing available and what is, is ridiculously expensive.

During the summer I usually eat rather healthy and snack on bluberries and raspberries.

Actually that's not why.
I can't really explain why I don't think, it has to do with the DIS and I believe it's one of those things if you bring it up, you get points...

I think a lot of it for me is the portion sizes.
I don't eat things in small quantities.

On Sundays and Mondays my mother is home to good meals. So when we have like steak for supper, I eat a lot because I know that I won't get anything half as good for another 6 days.

Yes, it is a shortened variation of cause.
I use it a lot because some I talked to from Poland used to use it and I got into the habit of it.
