Went to Poly Club Level Jan 09, and now we are booking Dec 09, too!



They only thing we are wondering about is if bigger suites are worth it. We were a little cramped with our two kids under 3. I can't find much info on them. Anyone have any pics or experience with them? If I remember right, they are pretty pricey.

Also -- what is the Poly Decor like at Christmas?

Great idea about the greatest hits cd. Im heading to amazon now to buy it. It would be great put the cd player on your balcony and then enjoy the beach!!

Can you check out what is going on with the roofs being painted green. I love the new color and i wonder if its just for that one building i saw on another thread or will all the buildings be painted that way. and i wonder if its just the roofs or if the sides of the buildings will be painted too

I'll ask but I'm pretty certain that it's just a primer or something like that. Different building have had a green roof and then back to brown from what we've all noticed.

Thanks to everyone for posting such great information in this thread! We are so excited to be heading back to the Poly in June. We are celebrating my son's high school graduation and it may be our last trip with all of us together. But I am so looking forward to this trip!

I actully talked DH into it last night LOL he actully was an easy sell LOL said he never wanted to stay at a value anyway LOL (our last trip MIL took everyone , SIL's fam & BIL's fam too)

Seeing pics also gets me in the mood! I'm afraid that once we stay at the Poly, we won't want to stay anywhere else. The only reason we are able to stay there this August is because we received the 40% pin code. August can't get here fast enough!!

So...this pic is almost 6 years old...and someone pointed out a Hidden Mickey I never even noticed! Can anyone see it, or was I just having a "duh" moment?!

I think there is furniture here in this area now when you first walk into the lobby....
Anyway, excited about going back to the Poly We visit every trip, but am treating my DD's to CL this time Hopefully we can see Sunset Pointe (wedding ceremony location) from the CL lounge WOuld love to get a pic of DD2 looking in that direction....

I was able to use the Buy 4, Get 3 Free a Poly for July!!

Well really it's going to be "get 2 free" for me! I would extend it to get 3 free but we are getting married the day before we check in and going on the cruise the day we check out so I had to settle for 2 nights free!!

I originally wasn't going to take advantage of this deal because we are staying 6 nights, not 7 and we have APs so we really don't need a package. But my TA e-mailed me this morning and it works out to save me $277 over my AAA rate, plus, now I'll have 1-day base tickets to put towards a future trip! I'm so excited!!! My total is $1759.62 for 6 nights at Poly plus 1-day base tickets package!

I'm just catching up because we just got back from, guess where? Disney. Surprise, surprise.

We are already booked at the POLY in July (room only Club level) and when I called to switch to the 4/3, it cost so much more. I am going to call again in a few minutes. we have ap's.

were you upfront with your checkout date? when we were just there we could have gotten the 4/3 but the CM I talked to when the offer first came out said you had to stay for the whole time. It wasn't a big deal b/c we already had airfare, blah, blah, blah, but I want to know for July.

I'm pretty sure it's at 9 PM most nights. If Wishes is at 9, I *think* it happens right after, but I don't remember for sure. Hopefully someone will have a definite answer.

Thanks for the quick response. I think that Wishes is at 10pm the week that we're at the Poly.
