Thanks, MsStinkerBelle!![]()
You must have visited the Poly alot. This will be my first visist. The pool looks awesome and the evening fireworks on the beach is another must do. Do you have any other suggestions of things that we could do on our first day? I don't really want to use a park day since it will be so late when we arrive. TIA!!
If you are looking to stay close to the resort on your first afternoon/evening, you should take a leisurely stroll thru the Poly and over to the GF. The GF has beautiful gardens and you can hang out in the main lobby listening to the band, get a drink, and then stroll back to the Poly. I would find 2 great beach loungers at dusk(or after dinner at Kona)and pull them over to be more...secluded, grab your favoite beverage from the pool bar, and spend some quality time gazing at the castle and watching the EWP and fireworks over the lagoon.

, and I have a question for all you experts! We're staying at an offsite hotel Saturday night to recuperate from travel and arrive on property fully charged and ready to go. I want to make it to the MK before the park opening ceremony Sunday morning, because DS4 is a train fanatic and it will make his whole day. What time should we arrive at the Poly for check-in if MK opens at 9am? (Don't worry, we're aware that the room won't be ready that early, so we'll just have them store our luggage)
I wish we could get club level but i doubt that will happen. I was going to ask to stay in the tahiti building is that one a good choice? i would prefer Hawaii but i know it is only club level.

Must be something about us Jambo gals!!
