Good Morning, I wanted to post the information I recieved about the Bus from Ft. Wilderness/WL/TTC I spoke with Chip 'n Dale Express, he is a CM that works in transportation at WDW he says...well let me just post the information he sent me:

hmmm... that's a tough one. It's actually a kind of impossible thing to do, for ANYONE really.

The Resort Monorail starts service at 7:00ish AM... so even if someone caught that very first train, they would just BARELY make it to the MK for 7:15.

I really don't know how they expect folks to get there on time.

But at any rate, they'll want to catch the first TTC bus, and let the driver know that they need to get to the MK for that tour. The driver will take them directly to the MK if they are nice enough.

I dont know what time the first bus will actually get there... but it should be around 7:00ish.

I remember while riding the WL/TTC bus a few trips ago, talking to the bus driver I believe her name was Linda I can't believe I can't remember anyway...She was so nice she said that she had been driving the route between TTC/WL/FT.Wilderness for many years...and that if we ever needed any assistance reaching a early PS to come to the bus she would get us there...So that's this WL Vets and Tylers (Chip n' Dale) best solution. Be there and catch the very first bus, and the driver should be able to take you straight to the gate at Magic Kingdom.

What time does the "flag family" thing start???? It sounds like something my kids would really enjoy and I was just wanting to know what days I could potentially "get lucky" with at check-in that would coincide with my PS schedule. Thanks.

I'm not exactly sure of the time they do Flag Family, but I am sure it is early.7-8 am????

Just ask when you checkin if they happen to have any days available while you are there

Haven't surfed the DIS in a lo-o-o-o-o-o-o-ong while...just popped in to say that Judie (aka AspiringCindy) and her DFam are all okie-dokie at the Poly. They ate dinner at O'hana's last night[ really terrific!], followed by the Illuminations Cruise - again, fabulous!

Well, gotta get going to the airport [no, I am NOT goin' to WDW...gonna visit my mom and grandma in Puerto Rico for a week!] and it's starting to rain really HARD here!

Safe travels to all who will be visiting WL [my home!!] during the next week....TTFN !!

It has been too long since I have been on the boards. I didn't have a trip to plan for till now. You may have already covered this on an earlier page, but I couldn't go back and read ALL theses pages.

We want to come to WL Dec. 2-6. We have been told that the rooms are already full. Do any of you Diser's know what's up? We have APs and are awaiting those discount codes for the time we'll be there. Any chance some of the rooms will open up? I have dreamed of coming back to the lodge ever since May.

Because of the Osborne lights, and MVMCP quite a few Floridians call early and make reservation for the week-ends so it could just be the Friday or Saturday Night that is blocking your entire stay...you can call back and try booking the other nights doing a split stay if you can. Then make a reservation for another resort for the one or two nights but you can keep calling back and maybe something will open up at the Lodge...or change your dates around...

Hi, the large Green Flag boats that go between Wilderness Lodge & Magic Kingdom are covered (closed-in) and have heat and air conditioning. They do have areas forward and aft that are exposed to the elements, and this is where all the children want to sit.

Hi Becky it is good to hear from you. Your advice is good. I can not change my dates due to My DD and DS missing too much work at school. I can think of spliting my stay, I just LOVE the WL and will be sad if something doesn't open up.

We already have our tickets for Mickey's Christmas party. SO I shall watch for AP rates and call often.

This might sound like a dumb question, but here goes. Do the bathrooms in the Wilderness Lodge rooms have those swivel make-up mirrors, like some of the other deluxe resorts. Just wondering.

and I couldn't find the best and quickest way to the Storybook Bfast in norway? We have 8:15 reservations, I have never had to go to epcot this early before! Any Ideas?
