the new osborne lights

Could someone please clarify for me: Do you walk down Streets of America toward Lights, Motors, Action and work your way around back up toward Al's Toy Barn then head out at Star Tours? OR are the Osbourne Lights just in the area between Sci-Fi and Muppets 3-D?

How much time do I need to devote to the Osborne lights? I see it's scheduled for 6-8 p.m. I want to allow as much time as I really need to and still make the 8:30 Fantasmic.

Are they really only on from 6-8 p.m.?

About the same time the Budweiser (was it Bud?) commercial came out from that video, there was another video floating around of a house who had their lights synchronized to the music from Illuminations. It wasn't quite as impressive as the other because there wasn't as many lights, but I suppose it was still a nice nod to the show.

Are they really only on from 6-8 p.m.?

Not usually, no.

They turn them on when it gets dark (about 6pm).

They don't turn them off until long after the guests have departed.

On many nights, guests are encouraged to visit the OLights after the Fantasmic! show, even though the park is "officially" closed at that time.

Ask at Guest Relations at MGM the day you are there to see if the OLights will be available to guests following Fantasmic! that night.

We are looking forward to seeing lights this year, we have enjoyed them several years in the past, its an enjoyable evening and a very special way to end the evening and close the park.

This is a page I "Googled" so I hope the link works. I remember seeing it last year and playing it over and over again. This performance synchronized to Illuminations is awesome. ENJOY!!!
