Has anyone done the pirate training thing? Not when you get a makeover, but like the Jedi training. My kids did Jedi training last time and loved it. I thought I read something about a pirate one. Anyone know?

I don't think they do this anymore It might have been part of their Princess & Pirate days thing??? There are other Pirate options - makeover, kids only morning pirate cruise, pirate & pal fireworks cruise. We have a whole pirate day planned!

I swear, y'all, I am about to go insane. Simultaneously planning DD's birthday party this weekend, a weekend church retreat for DH & I plus weekend @ her uncle's for DD the following weekend, then leaving for WDW the weekend after that is just too much! I've got so many lists going right now that I think I need a list of lists! And the packing! Us for the retreat, DD for her uncle's, early Disney packing, stacks of stuff to take to the park for the party...it never stops! Then add on top of that juggle all my doctor's appointments, submitting a reimbursement for DD's preschool tuition, sending off some mail-order prescriptions, setting up a consult for a new wheelchair, and oh yeah my mom's birthday is tomorrow.......

I hear ya. We leave in 19 days. I have DS 7th birthday Jedi Training Academy to plan - think soccer team & 2 classrooms of kids + family later in the day Halloween party for about 25 on Halloween night. Company coming in the Friday before Halloween, so I can't even leave that Saturday to finish cleaning! 6 year end staff evaluations & 9 staff goals to set for coming year, plus my own eval & goals But, I am off work (sort of) tomorrow!!!!

I haven't done it, but I've watched a little. This is the schedule Steve Soares has up for the current week:

Daily at 10:15 & 11:20am, 12:25, 2:15, 3:20 & 4:25pm
Length of sets: 20 minutes

It's done in Adventureland next to POTC.

I just looked at the Orlando weather forecast.... looks like it is cooling down to the upper 70's for the next week..... that sounds like perfect weather to me... it is supposed to snow here this weekend!!!!

Hey to all my November Peeps!!! I am really starting to get excited about our trip..finally

Its been rough in our house for the past few months. My hubby lost his job was out of work for about 9 weeks..now started a new one thankfully. We had considered cancelling our trip but since it is mostly paid for other than meals, park tickets for my 4 year old and MVMCP tickets..we decided to still go

I am now contemplating on whether or not we should do UNIVERSAL..how many of you are going?? I am dying to see Harry Potter but on the UA/IOA boards its seems to be crazy busy...decisions decisions

Hey Andrea!!! We wondered what happend to ya!!! Sorry to hear about the job loss...seems to be quite a bit of that lately!!! Glad he got a new one and yall can still go!
For all of you with sick kiddos and upcoming surgeries, I hope it all goes well and the kids are all better by now--I am a few days behind. I need to call and check on my ressies...
I am at 23 days and feel like there is sooooo much to do!!!! I don't pack until the week of. Last year at this time we had really cooled down for our area...it's still hot this year!!! We were in the low 90s at the first of the week...maybe next week we will get the big storm system coming in and get much, much needed rain (all our allergies and sinuses in this part of the world are flared up!! it is very dry and windy...blowing lots of allergens around)...and maybe cooler temps. We still have to wear our summer clothes, so we can't pack them yet. I will start packing the first part of Nov...at least, what I can!! Oh, how I wish we were getting an early fall/winter like the last two years!!!

Isn't that awesome!!! Friends of our are leaving Friday and it looks like the mid to upper 80's for them. We leave in about 2 weeks hoping the 70's stick around.

It is still in the mid 80's here. I was just telling DH last night, that if it doesn't cool down in the next few weeks we will be donig a lot more shorts and tess than in years past. It seems like it was cooler be this time last year! We used jackets and gloves a couple times on our trip last year. I have yet to break out anything other than a light sweater this year!

Ack! Stick a fork in me, I am DONE! I quit! After I posted the other day, we ended up in the ER for a day and night. DD2 has impacted bowels. No idea why or what is causing it. We were sent home on Monday to try at home treatment. Followed up yesterday at her Ped office and go back tomorrow. Not sure what the next plan of action is since she still isn't pooing much. Her CT came back good. Just alot of poo. Our medical insurance ends in 10 days! So I am really worried that if something goes wrong or she needs to see a specialist, they will turn us away since we don't have insurance.

Well, I am posting from the hospital. My son's asthma flared up so we had an ER trip and are now spending the night. Hope to get out tomorrow we will have to see how it goes.

I hope your little ones will be better very soon.
