Around 250 pages the thread will be closed.

Most "official MONTH" threads do reach that limit before or right around the actual travel (IMHO), depending how chatty we are.

It's actually kind of nice to have all the Pre-travel chat in one thread and then the Post travel chat in another, if needed.

I'd recommend waiting until we are much closer to 250 pages and then starting a new one.

I just spent the past hour tweeking my Park plans and dining ressies since I added Via Napoli the other day I decided to adjust a few things again

I'm home after a really nice week at the beach. Rode my bike a lot because according to the surgeon it's great exercise for getting my knee back into shape. The long hike over the sand dunes to get to the ocean was just a bit trying, though, especially a couple of days when it was really hot and my knee felt tight.

I hope everyone had a good week and is having a good weekend.

Good morning everyone! Just wanted to check in before we head out to Church. Then we are going to the pool this afternoon!

I was busy all day yesterday so I didn't get to post this

99 DAYS

Congrats to both of you!!!!

We are all getting so close -- look at my ticker, it starts with a 2 and my slider is finally off of the lighthouse!!!

The DIS closes out threads at 250 pages. So if we reach that before November I will just start the "November Countdown & Planning Thread #2"!!

Ask those who were on the January Snowbird countdown with me a few years ago - I think we were on part 4 or 5 before we left for vacation!!

And then when we get back we can move over to the community board and start a post chat there!

Just got home from softball tourney weekend #4. 7 games in 2 days for 8-9 year olds! Whew! Good thing they love it! I do too although I'm afraid I'm going to have a heart attack watching them. It is always sooo close at the end! One more tourney weekend and we are done.
Oh, and I needed to see my ticker with a "2", HOORAY!
I need to book our rental mini-van. Not sure if prices will come down and how long to wait. Just looked at Budget and they want to charge $65 for a childs booster seat! I don't think she needs one in Florida (she'll be 4) but I'm thinking we could almost swing by a Walmart and buy one for $25. Hmmm...

True..then you could give it to another family...have had people do this for us & we have done it with umbrella strollers at the airport! Makes a huge difference for some poor worn out mamma!!!

Whew. I feel SO much better now! A week or so ago I checked our flights at Continental and the price for the 4 of us had dropped $80 from when I booked in mid-July. I just checked again (yeah, I know I shouldn't, but I did anyway) this afternoon and if I had waited to buy the tickets they would have cost $140 more. So now I'm not annoyed with myself after all.

I am at 98 days today!!! All of my ADR's are made. DH's massage is booked at the spa at AKL. PLane tickets bought. Have decided that we see what we see and what we miss we will get the next time. I am only going for 6 days so I will not go 24/7 and be exhusted the hole time.
