Trackey~ Well that is wonderful that you are so close!! I love the ddp!!! It's my best friend on these trips--I am so unstressed because it is paid already and it gives us more options than I would pay for out of pocket...I don't mind paying extra for soup or whatever, and the kids would rather get the dessert...we don't do that very often when we eat out,so they love it!! I pack granola bars for breakfast, then just some small snax and that's it!!

Did my ADRs this morning! All that stress for nothing. Took me 25 minutes to do them all. And most of that was waiting on the computer to move. lol I got everything within 5mins of the times we wanted!

WOW that's quite an impressive list! :cool1:

I have to admit I have not been able to read every page of our thread here, so if I am asking something that has already been covered I will say now "Sorry" ;)

For those who will be at there 11/6-13 is anyone planning to meet up with others?

Not yet. . . I think the only talk of a meet was for Thanksgiving week.
Here's our ADRs:

Thanks for the link Andrea! I DVR'd it and was up late to watch it...and was still thinking about it when I woke up this morning and had to re-watch parts of it today :rotfl: . I agree, it was great! The problem with Lost ending though, is that it's over--now what?? (Feel the same way I did after the last page of Harry Potter... ) Ah, well...I still have Disney.

agreed..very sad..I cried like a baby after Harry Potter was done too...I can't wait to go to universal this trip to see the Wizarding world of Harry Potter.:thumbsup2

1st and Foremost, we decided to switch resorts. We just couldn't seem to get that "feeling"... you know, "that feeling" about the GF. I know, I am weird. Who wouldn't love the GF? We decided, while we love to visit there and eat there, it just wasn't right for us. We are not the foo-foo flowery type. No matter how great the CMs are there or the food or the monorail, we just don't think a room that busy would be relaxing to us. So, I am waiting on my TA to call back and confirm our room at the Yacht Club! :woohoo:

WOW that's quite an impressive list! :cool1:

Thank Ya! I was amazed how simple that they were to book. I actually called Disney to make sure they processed! LOL

Really off topic but did anyone watch LOST last night..I totally loved it and they way they ended it.. I loved this article I found about it.
http://www.tvsquad.com/2010/05/24/lost-finale-theories-explanations/

I have watched LOST since the day it started. I LOVE LOST! I have invested more into that show then any other show ever. With that said, I hated the ending. I was hoping that the island was some sort of Limbo and the flash sideways world was going to lead up to all of the survivors having a 2nd chance. If the ending had just been the ending, without ever having the flash sideways I would have been happy with it. And where were all the other survivors? I get Michael was still haunting the island. And why didn't Ben or Daniel have to "leave"? And what happened with Penny? She was never even on the island! So yeah, wasn't happy with it at all....

Px4~ I think you will be so happy with your switch!! I agree with you totally..we did a split stay one year GF and CR...it was nice and very pretty, but for the $$the CR and the BC rooms are just as nice and a little more family-ish...I think..but that's just me!!! I am now torn between the CR and the BC!! I love the location of both...one for mk, one for Epcot...if I do a split again it will be between these two.....if we ever have a fortune bestowed upon us, we will add the WL family suite!! Ha!!!

Why am I so nervous about making my ADRs tomorrow??? I look at my list, get a lump in my throat when I just checked TGM, I can hardly focus on reading the boards...ugh!! Im so excited I cant stand it. Im just hoping DS sleeps in 'til I can make my FDP ressie at 7 :scared:.

I do too! The second I emailed her to change our reservation, I felt better. It just seemed right. :cloud9:

I am sure you are doing most of yours right now. But I wanted to say Good Luck! I was the same way. I told my DH that I was pretty certain I was going to have to be put on anxiety meds just to make ADRs! lol

Waaaaa! I hate making a new ticker! It starts over and makes it look like you have so much longer to go!

Just posting to check my ticker, lol. Now that the ADR's are done I don't know what to do with myself! :rotfl:

Good morning November friends  I actually got the day off and it is a beautiful sunny day here and is going to be in the 80's!!! :woohoo:

I never got into Lost. :confused3 I watched it a few times in the beginning and didn't love it and then didn't watch it for awhile, and then it was way too hard to try to follow if you didn't watch every single episode.

I was however very surprised with the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. :scared1: That was a lot of shooting!

Congrats on the switch!! :cool1: If it feels right to you I'm sure you'll be very happy there! :goodvibes When we decided to go deluxe this time everyone was like -- you have to go to the Poly -- or -- you have to go to the BC!! And while I think those are 2 wonderful resorts and I'd love to stay at each of them, I just had to go with my gut feeling and go with the BWI. Hopefully I made the right decision. :wizard: The first mod I picked is still our favorite after eventually staying at all of them, so hopefully same will go for the the deluxes and we will love the BWI!!

I know, but look -- your new ticker has the YC on it!!!
:cool1:

Just posting to check my ticker, lol. Now that the ADR's are done I don't know what to do with myself! :rotfl:

Well chat with us of course! :hyper2:

Good morning.
I received an email from the TA. We have reservations at all of the restaurants we wanted and most at the time we requested. A couple are withing 10-15 minutes of our request.
So, we have:
11/21-Hollywood and Vine after Osborne lights and Fantasmic
11/22-Kona breakfast
Big River Grille-dinner
11/23-Captain's Grille breakfast
11/23-Narcooses
11/24-Crystal Palace breakfast
Tutto Italia dinner
11/25-Sci-Fi lunch (early)
Cape May or Yachtsman depending on what the Yacht Club does for Tgiving buffet
11/26-Cape May breakfast
Yachtsman Steakhouse

We have a couple of blank spots, but we plan to wing it depending on what we decide to do on Friday. I know reviews are mixed on the restaurants, but we went with what would fit the bill for our party of 7. We're on the DDP so we will have plenty of meal/snack credits to work with if someone gets hungry! DH wants to know how you can plan meals this far in advance!
I don't have a countdown but I know it's a little over 5 months.

Grey's was FANTASTIC! I think it was one the best season finale of any show, probably ever. It was the acting from the characters that really set it apart. That epi had EMMY (and lots of them) written all over it!

Thank You! The only reason we choose the GF to begin with was due to a experience we had with a CM and the manager there last year. They went above and beyond to help salvage our trip after we had some major issues at the WL that the staff at the WL just kept ignoring.

We really wanted to like the GF. As I said above, we do love it there. But we just don't want to stay there. We gave it a good 3 months before we switched. It just wasn't right for us. And I am a firm believer, when something is right, you feel it. The Yacht Club feels right. And it actually felt right to everyone of us. Which is a very rare in this household! lol

I know, but look -- your new ticker has the YC on it!!!
:cool1:

Isn't it PRETTY!? :)

I know. I figured a few people were going to be shot. But when they were only 10 minutes in and several people had been shot already I knew it was going to be a crazy 2 hours. It was very good. I was surprised that there were no real cliffhangers though. I figured we wouldn't know who was going to live or die until next season. Alex is the only one really that we don't know for sure.
QOTD: What's your favorite place to eat at WDW??!!! :goodvibes

Hmm. . . tough one. . . Before this last trip I would have definitely said LeCellier. But we had a bad experience there in November. So based on our last trip we had our best meal and service at Sci-Fi Dine In of all places!! :upsidedow Crystal Palace is always a great experience as well.

Hope everything went well this morning! :goodvibes

It went better than I thought. I was able to get everything within 5min to 1/2hr of the times I wanted. It may have been easier since I wanted earlier dinner times. We are used to eating early because of DS. Figured I better keep the same schedule for WDW even though its about 6 months away...wait, wait 5 months, three weeks and 5 days :woohoo:. Here is the list that reflects several months of blood, sweat and tears: :rotfl2:

11/21 Whispiring Canyon 4:30p Arrival/Epcot WS Day
11/22 Le Cellier 4:35p Epcot Day
11/23 O'hana 4:55p AK Day
11/24 O'hana 10:30a Break Day (Wasnt jumpin' out of my seat for this one, but DD REALLY likes Stitch)
11/25 Whispiring Canyon 4:30p HS Day (Hopefully not too early for the 'show,' but wanted to have a relaxing afternoon at the resort and head back to HS after dinner)
11/26 Crystal Palace 8:05a MK Day (Really hoping Im not going to regret the mad dash through breakfast for rope drop)
11/27  Departure Morning

Thanks to all of your on the boards. Couldn't have done it without 'cha.:thumbsup2

GF is my dream resort but I do understand your feeling the need to change, one reason we have yet to stay there is I feel a bit intimidated by the resort :rotfl: , the other reason being the price since when and if I do stay there I want to be in the main building theme park view.

You will love YC it is one of my favorites and you can not beat it's location, :thumbsup2 now you have me thinking about wanting to stay there again :rotfl2:
