If you can't fall back to sleep after wakeing up and it is 2:30 in the morning what do you do ?
Answer: Go online and check to see if you might find that coveted ressie for Le Cellier :lmao:
And that is just what I did, it occured to me to check with all the talk about the restaurant changeing this fall, maybe just maybe some people have cancelled and bingo............I was able to snag a ressie for 5:10 on the same day I already had, there was also a 5:30 and now since I cancelled my late one there is a 8:15 too. :cool1:

I don't think we've had a question of the day in a few days and I don't think anyone has asked this one (if they have, well...it's early, you'll have to just ignore me!)

What is the ride/attraction you run, uh I mean walk fast, to get to in the Magic Kingdom first thing in the morning? (Not necessarily your favorite, just the first of your day)

Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin . . . I'm always outvoted 3 to 1. Though I love Buzz, I would go straight to the Haunted Mansion if I had my way!

qotd....we usually run..um walk fast to Dumbo bc if you don't get there quick, the line is LONG..we then get a FP for Peter Pan..my fave:thumbsup2

The first ride of the day for us at the Magic Kingdom is always Pirates of the Caribbean. The wait time for this ride is never to bad but it is my son's #1 ride, he LOVES pirates!!

I never ran to a MK ride for myself but I have had to take off running after my youngest DS who as soon as he got thru the turnstiles on EMH morning in Mk charged over to Splash Mountain :rotfl2:

We like to hop on the train, get off at Frontierland and walk briskly to Splash Mountain!

I am so excited!! We are going to WDW Nov. 11-16 and staying at VWL (2 Bedroom Villa). It will be me, DH, DS (2), my sister and both my parents. I can't wait!! We haven't been to WDW as a family since 1999 (I have been back since, but the entire family hasn't).

Made my ADRs on Saturday:

Crystal Palace (Lunch with Pooh and Friends--my son will love it!)
Chef Mickey's (Breakfast)
Le Cellier (Dinner)
Raglan Road (Dinner)

I'm already counting down!:yay:

Because it'd been somewhat a tradition for me now... Jungle Cruse if it's my first time in MK that trip. If it's not the first time in MK it's going to be the MS Bakery! Food's an attraction right?

No, Trex is not on the dining plan..we aren't doing the dining plan, we will do TIW discount card we can get with our annual pass.

We officially canceled our Sept reservations and made new one's for ASMU Nov. 11-18th! :cheer2:

No pin codes yet, but I'm still hopeful!!!

Great question! For us it's IASW first thing! Not sure why, just tradition I guess. Well, maybe it's because we like to hit those Fantasyland attractions first thing before their lines get HUGE. We like them, but not enough to wait in a long line for them later! :rotfl:
I see a few of you have booked T-Rex, is that on the dining plan??

Nope, not on the DDP. That's why we have never been there. But we aren't getting the DDP this time.

:welcome:

We always go to MK on arrival day, I have to see the Castle to believe I'm really there. But first ride is usually DH's fav Haunted mansion!

We don't usually do just one thing first...last year we hit Dumbo and got it over with..even after about 15 min (and didn't seem like too many people anywhere else) it was already long...I reeeeeaaallly don't like that ride! My boys never did it when they were little,,,don't know why dd likes it so much--it's so short for such a long wait!
Usually tho it is something in Fantasyland that we do first, I like Peter Pan or Pooh before it gets crazy!!

Ok ADR obsessed crazy person checking in :rotfl:
So I was talking to My DS telling him about the dinner ressies and he happens to mention to me that Rick Springfield was the first concert DW ever went to, so after we hang up I get to thinking the 5:10 ressies will only allow her to grab a seat (if that is what she wants to do) for the last performance
Yes, I changed again even reversed my Epcot days back to my original itinerary and now have a 4:05 on both days one for Biergarten and one for Le Cellier...I have no desire to see Hanson but if figure Tracy might and well lets just say I fell in love with Rick Springfield back when he was on General Hospital.:goodvibes
During last years trip while Flower and Garden was going on I was able to see Paul Revere and the Raiders 2x which was a lot of fun.
I do think I am now officially done
