That is what I thought too. However.. I do drink power aide or nuun. I also eat sports beans and sometimes after a recovery power aid
well, that's good...but I don't know what else the salt craving could be about then. Also trying to figure out what my chronic chocolate cake craving could mean?
I'm pretty sure chocolate deficiency is a VERY serious matter that must be tended to.

I feel your pain - I wound up with an average pace of 16:20, when my norm has been in the 12:45-13: range. The upside is we can only get faster!
And that's why I'll have to train really hard.
