Syrreal.... Great pics!!! Isn't the barber shop awesome?!!? When we went after Christmas we had Brady's hair cut there (and he really needed one at 4 months!! :upsidedow ). They were so great with him! He couldn't even sit up in the chair yet...I had to hold him with one hand. But he was so preoccupied with the stickers and toys, he never even noticed what was going on!! :thumbsup2

We got Brady Mickey ears with his name on them too....are they doing computerized stitching soon? I hadn't heard that! I had a whole conversation with the lady who did Brady's ears on how they have to learn all their letter and then be tested before they can work in the store!

Yeah. Right now the hatshop is in refurb and they are putting the computers in. It was still the only place you could get it hand sewn. While it's closed they are doing them at the Emporium (by toys and costumes) by hand.

This is all making me so excited for Christopher's first WDW trip. Not til 12/2009, though :sad1: We just don't have the vacation time or the money til then. Syrreal - how did Ft Wilderness work out? We had thought about the cabins, or trying to rent DVC points.

great pictures!!! we're planning on going for ellery's birthday in december.

A very excited mom here.... we are working on Bradys schedule for daycare, because he's going to be transitioning to the "toddler" room. Mind you...there's just a gate between it and infant, one big room, split down middle w/built in shelves/changing tables and a gate to get in and out.

Anywho...they were mainly working on his lunch/snack/napping schedule. I'm trying to continue that at home. He is only taking 1 nap now, but it's an extended nap. Instead of taking 2 naps from 1/2 hour to 1 1/4 hours. He has now been asleep for 2 1/4 hours!! I have got so much done. He is, also, sleeping better at night. He had been waking up when daddy gets up at 5am. Now I've been getting him up once I'm ready, which works out much easier for me.

Love the Disney pics Syrreal, especially the haircut!

I think we have finally decided to plan Alex's first trip for this December. I was just waiting for the income tax rebate to finalize the plans, when I found out on Friday that we finally sold our house! We are so excited, and ready to move to Arizona! Hopefully nothing falls through, and we should be out there in early April. Friday was such a good day, DS's 1st Birthday and we sold the house! His party was last night, and he had lots of fun, especially with the cake. :goodvibes

We love the room in the villas Jen. We stayed at OKW this past December and are staying at BWV in September. We put Brady's crib in the laundry room at OKW ;) - it was like his own little bedroom! ;)

I was just looking through old pics of Brady....a can't believe how big he has gotten!! :lovestruc

Awwwe so cute. I wish I had pics of Aiden in the tub last night. He was so happy splashing!

I was so excited - Brian and I were finally home on the same night to give Christopher a bath, so I finally got bath pics and video. It's too funny watching him splash and laugh. Good thing he doesn't mind his face getting wet :)

Morning ladies! Busy day today, so I have to be quick. Wanted to share a picture of Amanda, since she is 1 MONTH OLD today!!!! :cool1: I snapped this yesterday during one of her better moments (she was VERY fussy yesterday). It's now one of my most favorite pics of her!

The cabins worked out GREAT! We've found that with B, if we are in the same room with him, or where he can see us, he won't go back to sleep at night. (Found that out on my no sleep at all New Year's Eve) We have always tried to get suites when we go other places (we've stayed at a bunch of Embassy Suites since he's been born) for our convenience but not till NYE did we find out how imperative it can be needed! Anyway, DH and I stayed in the bedroom (which has it's own access to the outside) and put B in the living room in his pack n play. We just used the monitor like we do at home.
We also rented one of those golf carts they have there for the week and B absolutely loved riding in it. The combination of the wind in his face and being able to swee what was out front really seems to make him happy.

We are staying at the cabins again for Mother's Day weekend. I can't wait. We are going to do the brunch at EPCOT again. YUM!

These pics are all so cute! I love seeing age progressions!

We hope to have Dom's first haircut at WDW. He already needs one (very shaggy around the ears) but we hope to wait :teeth:

I have a question. We are finally getting to the point of getting Dom in a crib instead of his small bed now. We have our crib picked, but I am reading up on mattresses. Any recommendations for us? I just want something that will last for a few years until we get him into a "real bed"

I got ours at Babies R Us. I think it's a simmons. It is one that one side is for babies and the other side is toddlers. It's a little expensive but it seems like it will last for a long time.

Morning ladies! Curious as to what playmats you might have. We haven't bought one yet (never even registered for one) because I couldn't make up my mind! lol They're so pricey, that I wanted to be sure... picky me. Anyway, Amanda and I are driving down to visit my Mom today, and I thought we'd stop in BRU, and maybe pick one up. Suggestions?

Ellery just got her vaccinations. I had to leave the room, it was horrible. I went back in and DH was just crying his eyes out. We're such wusses. She's sound asleep right now, I hope she doesn't feel bad for the rest of the day.

We have the Gymini Super Deluxe Lights & Music and DS LOVED it. He was happy playing there until he started rolling over and rolled right off of it. :goodvibes

Hey Holly!

We have the Baby Einstein Neptune Ocean Environment Play Gym. Brady loved it!!! We still use the octopus thing that hangs from the top - it is a great teething toy!! We call it "Ollie the octopus" and he smiles whenever he sees it like it's his friend! Too cute!!
