Odd, caffeine doesn't seem to help me wake up in the morning. But it will keep me awake at night. So, is it really helping me get up, but i'm not realizing it?

hmm who knows. i know that i can drink coffee in the morning and not feel a thing, i can drink it all day and be ok not jittery, i can drink it at night and still sleep. so matt is right my body is used to the caffiene, but i do know that if i miss one day of caffiene then i get headaches....I can drink red bulls and still sleep at night.

i think chrissie in your case the caffiene doesnt soak into your system till way late..

I don't drink caffiene regularily. I find that if I'm a bit tired during the day a coke helps me out for a while. But if I'm drinking it at night it can delay sleep, so I usually abstain with dinner.
