We are going end of June for DH's conference and we have a 2 room suite (1 bdrm) for myself, DH, DS (will be 8 months) and my sister. Anyone stayed in a suite and have pics?

beckysko - I don't have any suite photos of my own, and the only suite pictured on the first page is the Grand Suite. I'm sure there some one bedroom photos around, I'll see if I can find any - the ones on allears are of the old decor, I'm sure there are some with the new look. Have you checked oyster? They always have a ton of photos.

I just looked at the photos of the GF Easter Egg display, they are amazing! That's just another example of some Disney Magic, something new and wonderful when you don't expect it

My new "Mickey Mail" finally arrived today (the correct, GF version)! And I am so glad that I called DME seperately because as I suspected, the new booklet didn't have DME vouchers/tags like the original booklet did. New DME docs are supposed to be here in a few days (fingers crossed).

We just arrived home a few hours ago and we pleasantly suprised to see photos of the Grand Suite on page one of this thread.

Missing from the excellent photos are shots of the long entry foyer and the powder room.

A few changes: new bed spreads, for one. And starting two days ago, suites will receive six beverages per day: two bottled waters, two colas and two Sprites.

The main TV (there are four others) in the living room is augmented by surround-sound speakers on moulding shelves above the windows. There is nothing quite like hearing channel 19 (Walt Disney World Today) on the main TV.

Glad you received corrected MickeyMail, LittleStinkerbelle. I'm sure your ME paperwork will arrive in short order, we've had good experience with expedited mailings from them.

BC1836 - glad you arrived home safe and sound. The excellent Grand Suite photos were provided by Pralines&Cheese, and there were even more, but I was limited by the number of photos per post - phooey! Thanks for the info on the updates!

bethclayton, littlestinkerbell and nicole786, how exciting we will all be there soon! My trip is 4/13 to 4/22 staying in SL. What's everyone elses dates, it would be great to say "hello" and take a picture or two. AND, if we take pictures everyone has veto power over sharing it!!!

AND littlestinkerbell, we have stayed GV more times than you can count and have loved everyroom. It's getting to stay at the GF which is amazing. The flowers, the views from all over the grounds, the lobby and the music and so on. OH and the smell when you walk into the lobby for the first time...wonderful

The only sad thing about this vacation is that k&a&c'smom, pas and lulu'smom won't be there.
