Hey everyone,
In response to another thread about the FIRM, I'm going to start a FIRM thread. Join us on your FIRM journey (or any other workout too).
I haven't FIRMed in a while, but it's my favorite of all workouts. Its the only thing I ever did consistantly and enjoyed. So tomorrow I'm going to pick a workout and JUST do it - worst case scenario if I procrastinate is Saturday.

I love the FIRM, and would love to have the ability to talk with others that love the workouts just like me. I find it a great way to keep motivated


In fact I still have quite a bit of jiggle and not the cut lines in my arms - the definition - that I would like to see. Hopefully all the muscle will start burning the calories I need to burn away that fat.
So I am back to my workouts. I need to get more consistent with them, much more and then all will be good. I would love to lose about 20lbs.
