Kim, one margarita is about all I can do also. More than that and I get a little loopy

bigALmania.... the park passes are included if you book a package, but that is not always the most economical way to go. Just keep reading these boards and you will learn so much about discounts on resorts, deals Disney is offering, etc., you will be well equipped to plan a good "economical" trip to Disney. Happy planning!

Our room was in good condition, as was the building we were in. It appears that they might have been rennovated recently. I liked the curtain between the sink/bathroom area and the main bedroom area, it allowed for privacy in getting dressed.

Do all the rooms at CSR have a privacy curtain between sink area and bedroom? We have decided to stay there during our Dec. trip and the more we read the more excited we are!!

We are now staying at CSR over christmas and new year( thanks to the codes and lovely TA) - 16 days so the refillable mugs will be very cost effective for us. My daughter does not drink hot or fizzy drinks!

Could you please tell me if there is pink lemonade and poweraid in the selection availiable at the resort or are there any other still, cold drinks.

Thanks I have spent a large part of today reading all 53 pages of this thread and think I am ready to go :bounce: :Pinkbounc :

Yes there is pink lemonade, my DS drank it, I don't recall seeing any type of poweraid drinks at the soda fountains, but do belive there was also a fruit juice there. Hope this helps

I'm pretty sure all the rooms at CSR have the curtain. I remember reading lots of different reviews/comments with people staying in different sections and them mentioning the curtain.

Poweraid, and juice type drinks are only available as a seperate purchase. They are bottled.

So I don' t have to read though all these pages, could someone tell me if you are able to have a mixed drink or beer by the pool or hot tub, please? Thanks!

Sure can. Siesta's (Bar and grill) is right by the main pool. However, the quiet pools do not have bars.

Epcotfan,

How late are they open? Can you come back after the parks close and get changed and go sit by the pool and have drinks or does it close early?

Thanks!

It depends on the time of year. Busier times they are open later. But you can if they are open.

The pool bar generally closes pretty early. Meaning it won't be open after you return from the parks at night. Hours tend to vary. The Dig Site pool usually stays open until midnight, but there are no lifeguards and the slide is turned off after 9. Quiet pools are listed as being open until 10.

Hi all! I'm a newbie to this thread and havn't made it through all the past pages yet, but I just had to see if anyone has gotten a free fridge at this resort yet. I read on another thread where all mods and deluxes will be getting them, and that they are in the CBR right now, but when I made my ressie last week, the CM insisted that there would be a $10 charge. I went ahead and requested one anyways because DD is lactose intolerant and we will be having breakfast daily in our room.

My ressie does indicate the $10 charge. Should I bring a DR's note just incase?

Thanks for your help and for all of the great info. gathered on this thread! I'll be spending alot of time this weekend catching up on previous posts.;)

THanks for this thead! We are headed there at the end of the month for a conference and I have never stayed there before. Thanks for all the info!!!!

Epcotfan - I just downloaded your screensaver and the slide show is Gorgeous. The pictures are so crisp & clear. Thank you!!

Wish us some pixie dust !!!!princess:

Just noticed your post...we will be down there at the same time! My sister is attending the NICU conference, so it ended up being an impromptu family trip for me, dh, ds(20 months), grandma, grandpa and my sister.
