glad to see you are all having a fantastic time. how far to the monarail from the Hawaii CL rooms ?

We always take the boat to MK, it is very close to the Hawaii building. When we go to Epcot we take the monorail from the TTC. Its a short walk, just a few minutes away.

Where is this restaurant located? It's a TS credit I assume? We only have the quick service dining plan, so I guess if we want to eat there we'd have to make a ressie in advance and pay OOP?

Hey guys! We are back from another fun filled night! We lucked out BIG TIME with no rain at all!!!!! I always say that when we remember to bring ponchos it definitely won't rain. ha ha Dinner at Teppen Edo was particularly great this time! We always eat there every trip, it's my oldest son's favorite! Our chef tonight was AMAZING! He was so great I recorded some of his "performance" to share with you guys. I am soooo exhausted though that the new pics and videos will have to wait until tomorrow. Also for you xmas peeps I managed to take more photos too. I can't believe we only have 2 full days left! This trip is going by too fast. Isn't that how it always is??? I have really enjoyed meeting so many of you this trip... a shout out to the two lucky ladies I met tonight at dinner who have inspired me to plan a "girls only" trip to WDW in my NEAR FUTURE! Tomorrow I think we will head back to the Studios, then dinner is the Luau which, if you can believe it, we have never done! So that should be exciting.

First I want to say great report......sounds like you are all having a great time . The Poly is our favorite resort, so I love seeing all the pics of the resort, as well as the Christmas pics. I also wanted to add that I think a "girls only" trip is a great idea . I've been on two girls trips and even though it was hard for me to leave my DH and two DSs behind for the first time, I had an awesome time .

Have fun at the Luau. We did the luau in Sept 2007 and we liked it. It's not something we would do every trip, but it was fun to do at least once .

Teppen Edo is in Japan at Epcot. It is a single TS credit. One of the very FEW single credit restaurants that is actually enjoyable and not like eating in a bus station.

Great updates, so happy it did not rain for you last evening. Love the pics of all the Xmas merchandise, I think I best not ever go during a time when that is all out or I will need and extra suitcase to bring it all home in.

Love the video of Teppan Edo, we were talking about eating there but did not end up making an ADR for there too many places to eat and too little time

Everything is cooked right in front of you. You can choose steak, chicken, shrimp, pork, or a combination of two of those. Then your meat comes with noodles and rice. They also have appetizers, we added sushi to ours.

We didn't have any bus issues until today, man it was a major bummer. I guess because it was a Saturday... and when we returned this afternoon it was standing room only for the (CR, BLT, Poly, GF) return bus. Another bummer.

Yes, it is red, black and a sort of winter white or ivory check with threads of silver. So pretty
