My ex DH died Friday, my DS17 father and its been a nightmare since then.

Seeing the pics of WDW made me smile and cry, I wish we could swing another trip for DS17 before Sept but its not in the cards, DS17 is a huge WDW fan like us and it would be just what he needs!

BC seems very nice, we are thinking about doing a sweet 16 trip for DD next yr at BC CL we are Poly CL fans but DD asked for BC even tho we have never been there.

Would it be too much to ask to see some BC CL pics of food and the lounge?

It's funny, I have always said I would never go to Disney during spring break because of the crowds. Now I'm starting to rethink it because of your trip report. We went to Disney last October and the crowds were horrendous! Do you think crowd levels are higher in spring or fall?

Not trying to make fun- that really stinks and no, I don't think new linens was an unreasonable request!!!

Building services guy called it a cockroach, wasn't my term. It was in between the sheet and the blanket of my kids' bed this morning. I actually wasn't that upset, I mean things can happen, but I just got annoyed with the lady at the desk who didn't seem to care or apologize.... she was just nasty to me about it.

Crowds are much lighter now than they were the first week of January when we were here last. From what I hear last week was packed, so maybe we just got lucky this week. Honestly, I wouldn't let crowds keep you away from WDW. I think the only weeks I would avoid are Presidents week and Easter week. The rest is doable in my opinion. Heck, if people keep getting scared away during spring then that's just better for us, right??? LOL

Besides the way you thought that Cast Member reacted when you told her what happened, how else would you rate the service from their Club Level Cast Members? I ask because this August my family and I are having our first Club Level stay at the Beach Club.

We did ask for a manager but one never came so we haven't pursued anything. It's not like they can do anything about it and there probably isn't much point in complaining. Unless I see another one then I will probably freak out.

Those cranes outside the BC look pretty bad. Glad they're not affecting your view
