My first impression of the BC CL.....

When we got off the elevator I immediately noticed how much larger the concierge area is compared to the YC. They have a larger area around the two desks, probably triple the square footage of the YC. Once we went into the lounge however I feel it was much smaller than the YC lounge. Probably half the size. There are tables and a small couch area. We are going down there in a bit to grab some appetizers, I'm guessing it will be quite crowded.

The staff seems friendly and helpful. Our keys didn't work in the elevator so they quickly printed us some new ones.

The weather is gorgeous. 80's and sunny. We are hoping to go back to epcot tonight if the kids aren't too tired from our early morning.

We booked standard view. Our view is very similar to the view from the lounge. We can see BCV and parts of Epcot behind it.

Just seated at Via Napoli. Yes there is a kids menu, coloring page. Pizza, calzone, or spaghetti.

Hey everyone! We are exhausted and going to bed but I just wanted to give a quick update about our night. We had a nice dinner at Via Napoli. It was very crowded and loud in there, but the pizza was good. We started with an appetizer sampler that had fried calamari, risotto, mozzarella, veggies, etc, all on a big platter. It was good. We also had bread with oil. Total for our meal with soft drinks was like $80. The large pizza said serves 2-3 but it was plenty for the four of us. Of course we had already had appetizers in the lounge earlier in the evening, so we weren't starving. I'd say this is a good place to eat, of course on the dining plan you wouldn't order what we had. They also offer individual pizzas which are very big, I'd say close to 12 inches in diameter... as well as entrees. The only drawback is the noise level. I think for the dining plan you can definitely plan to have leftovers.

After dinner we caught Illuminations, it was perfect timing. Then we walked back to the Beach Club, briefly stopping to see a bit of the movie playing out front. Once we got to the elevators are keys still didn't work. Our 4th set of keys today. So my husband talked to the manager while we stopped for dessert in the lounge. The manager was very apologetic about our keys not working so many times after having 4 sets. So he personally checked our new set of keys and said he was crediting our room for our hassle. Totally was not expecting that! I'm not sure how much, I'll let you know.

When we walked into our room tonight around 10:00 PM we discovered Wishes was visible right from our room! That was a surprise!!! We watched that and now everyone is dead in their tracks. A very long but fun first day!!!

This one I like to call "middle school attitude" LOL someone did not want his picture made and was feeling a bit grumpy at the end of a very long day

That's a really hard question to answer. As far as rooms go I'd have to say the nicest one we've had was our 1 bedroom villa at Kidani. It totally blew me away. But if you are talking location I'd have to go YC/BC for being close to Epcot or Poly for being close to MK. There are so many variables. You can really say good things about many of the resorts for many different reasons. If I could take the Kidani villa and put it on the monorail and add Stormalong Bay to it then that would be the perfect place!

What a great arrival day. Fantastic pictures! I'm so glad you can see Wishes from your room. In July, we had a room where you could see Nightastic and it was great getting some treats from the lounge, then going out on the balcony to watch the show! Too bad about the problem with the keys. That's the last thing you want to deal with on a long, busy travel day. Except maybe for ants!

Great pics!! Glad to see you are enjoying your trip My DS is going to love that pizza. It looked quite large, it's just going to be DS and I. Do you think we should just order 1 individual pizza?
