Today was the first day that felt a bit crowded. But it's still pleasant to walk around without being too cramped.

It seems we never get a club level that is firing on all cylinders. The BC CL lounge, food/beverage offerings, and decor is probably the best we've had in the last few years. But their staff is hit and miss. So far GF has had great staff interaction, we feel very welcome, and they've already brought a birthday item. But their lounge area isn't the best.

We do not like the lounge in SL, it is far too crowded and chaotic. The food area is too small. The atmosphere in RPC is totally different and now that they are offering the carving station the food is also plussed a bit. We had the same service at BC and thought it was a shame since the new lounge was so lovely.

We do feel RPC is the best of all worlds. We love the lounge atmosphere and the service is wonderful.

We were all set for RPC in June. Then decided to move to July dates and do a split stay .... couldn't get RPC for the new dates. Honestly I think I'd rather do RPC without my kids anyway. They allow ZERO time for relaxation and enjoyment of the lounge.

Teppan Edo was great as usual tonight. They've added snow peas to the mixture of vegetables and noodles. That was new for us. The meal was even longer than usual, we had to wait quite a long time for our chef. 7:50 PM reservation and we didn't finish eating until 10:00 PM. After dinner we capped it off with some ice cream in France.

Good morning! We just had breakfast in the lounge... I took a bunch of pics

Definitely more of a cramped space to work with compared to BC CL's lounge. But I wouldn't say they had less offerings. In fact they actually have more pastry offerings here (BC CL only puts out two choices) and more fruit choices. The only thing missing is the BC CL grits!

The lounge wasn't crowded, we went down there around 10:00 AM. Only a couple other families. If anyone has questions let me know!

We are slowly getting our act together here this morning. Now BOTH BOYS have colds. And I'm praying I don't get it. Connor is laying in bed moaning, and I just now got Nic into the shower by bribing him with Disney Quest.
I knew as soon as I added another day to our trip something would happen to make me regret it!

We are HOURS AWAY from Nic turning 16!!!! Tonight we are hoping to hit MK for EMH. Then tomorrow we are off to the Four Seasons. Oh, I need to get us some airport transportation since we aren't taking DME. Hmmmmm, maybe Uber.

By the time I had our youngest settled in the kids' area with his food choices, the older two were finished eating and ready to go! In a few short years, everything around me will be quiet and I will miss them. So for now, I'm a big fan of "30 seconds of peace." Sometimes, I announce there will be 30 seconds of peace and that it will begin immediately. I had to do this in RPC to enjoy the view and a few sips of my wine.

So sorry to hear about the boys - boo! We often get colds with all of the temperature changes between super hot outside and super cold inside. Hope they start to feel better!

Thanks so such for your live report. I hope the boys feel better and that you don't get sick. You're making me so excited for our trip in 19 days, just my DD and DGD(12). The GF looks gorgeous. I would love to stay there some day.
