The Most Expensive Free Trip Ever - TR Link is Up! Pg. 164

How long is this supposed to last for you guys? My sis says in McLean it's supposed to snow all night, stop, then return again for Tues/ Wed. !! Anymore accumulation for you??

Our area got hit "hard" last weekend with 8 inches of snow. That's almost unheard of for this area. Schools were closed for 3 days. Imagine what would happen if we got as much snow as you're getting? The rain is starting to switch over to snow right now. It's very odd. It looks like it's raining pretty hard, but then you see bits of snow flying around.

For the communities that aren't equipped to deal with it, that is a lot. Hope yours stays as rain.

Yeah, I just saw this morning that we're supposed to get some more Tuesday into Wednesday. They were saying that it would stop here around noon, but it's still going, so now they're saying early evening.

Anymore accumulation for you??

Sounds like it's time to take another photo...

Putting on my best Vizzini voice: "I'm waiiiiting!"

This one may not look a whole lot different than the one from this morning...

But the yardstick shows that we've gotten about 2 feet!!!

Swiffer can hear James and his friend out playing in the snow, but he can't figure out how to get to him.

:scared1::scared1::scared1:

You wouldn't even know you had a deck under there if you hadn't have shown us the first picture!!! Man alive, that is more snow than I have ever seen. Hope your roof and trees hold out!

Well, as always it's been a fun evening! I"m going to hit the sack early tonight; church is here at our house tomorrow, and I need to get up early and do some prep for it.

Stay cozy :)

Goodnight. I'm supposed to usher tomorrow, but something tells me I can sleep in!

Wow, that is some snow. My daughter has snow envy. She has never been in snow. I for one love looking at pictures but do remember shoveling so I am in no hurry to see it up close.:lmao:

Your dog is so cute. My dog is bigger but I am sure he would be scared to death.

Aw, head on up north and give her a chance to play in it.

The snow finally stopped at about 2:30 and I've got my driveway all cleared. :thumbsup2 (My neighbor with a BIG snowblower came over and took care of the big, packed pile of snow that the snowplow left at the end of my driveway. Thank goodness.)

Swiffer does the gopher look too!!!!! :rotfl2: Awwww I love bichons :cloud9: Wow you sure have a LOT of snow. It looks like the arctic outside your window! Hope you're staying inside keeping warm today.

Yes, he's a nut. Does Pixel cough/choke every time he gets a drink? I've heard that's a bichon thing.

The driveway's clear, so I'm now inside for the "duration".

Hey just found your PTR so I'm joining.

Love the snow you have and you can keep it ( I have none here :banana::banana: )

Love your dog, sooo cute looking for the kids

Looking forward to hearing more about your trip

It's not fair that we have snow and the Canadians have none....must be due to global warming or something.

Anyway, glad to have you along.

Yes Pixel definitely does that! Her brother, Waffle, who is at my dad's house does it as well. But his can sound pretty bad at times. It's like bichon's never learned how to drink properly. :lmao:

Does Swiffer like to sit in your lap? I don't know if that's a bichon thing but Pixel can't get enough of my lap. She also likes to do a little "dance" when she has to poop. It takes her 10 minutes to find the right spot!!!

We already agreed our bichons blitz right? Did I ever show you that video of her going nuts?

Not so good for the olympics that are in 6 days and there is no snow on the ski hill:scared1:

Bichons and French Bulldogs must be closely related! Stitch is rarely more than a few feet from me (though he isn't here right now...must be getting into trouble) and usually in my lap. And the pooping thing:rolleyes:..."sniff, sniff, sniff...this looks like a good spot, hunch over...stop,,,nope this isn't the place..hmm...6 inches over this direction is much better...ahhhh" What IS that about?

Jenbear,Where are you in Ontario? I have a lot of family in Toronto and some in Hamilton.

It must be something with their physiology. I had heard that they all do that, but hadn't asked around a lot. Now I believe it.

Oh yes, has to be right next to or on you. They were bred for companionship, "lap" dogs, and they take their job seriously. If Judy and I hug, Swiffer comes over and has to get in the middle of it. We have to pick him up for a big group hug. :grouphug:

We already agreed our bichons blitz right? Did I ever show you that video of her going nuts?

Yes, you posted that video on my TR. Swiffer doesn't go quite that crazy though, and we have to get him wound up to do that.

I heard that they're trucking in snow. Hard to believe.

Now THAT is snow!!

You are welcome to come and take as much as you'd like.

I think most breeds are pretty fussy about pooping. :rotfl: Sniff, spin, spin, okay...now!

It was only a matter of time, Glenn, before we entered the realm of poop over here. :lmao::lmao::lmao: See! It's not ONLY me. :confused3:rotfl2:

(I'm laughing that I'm the first, though, to reply to this. :lmao::lmao::lmao:)

I was in the pet supply business for many years:cat::fish::dogdance:, and it seemed as us every conversation ended up being about poop. Even in restaurants...hmm..no wonder I was single for so long:rolleyes1

Then, I got married and had kids. I then added drool, and barf to my repertoire! Ahh...parenthood!

Yes, I do know what you mean. Please, don't forget, snot, blood (mine were experts at cutting of their thumb, splitting their lips, and self-surgery in the kitchen (even at 16!)), and oh wait, yes, the best of all, eating various "crunchies" off the floor. :lmao::lmao::lmao:

In our line of business, it is commonplace for guests from other stations coming through to fill us in on their various digestional issues, so we can all determine together which antibiotic is best. :thumbsup2 Ah the life of an overseas worker. :rotfl2:
