just finished reading your latest update and I can so relate to getting on the wrong line. Now I never pick the shortest line and it seems to work.

I don't think I could bring myself to intentionally avoiding the shortest line. It probably helps your outlook though -- if you get through quickly, it's a bonus.

Disney food with a "0" balance sure isn't seen every day. Don't think I have ever seen it.:rotfl:

Rare indeed.

When I was a kid my brother and I considered Christmas a "failure" if we hadn't found everything by Christmas morning. They started getting smart and wrapping things before they hid them, but we got smarter and figured out how to un-wrap them and re-do them without being detected. :thumbsup2 One year my mom lost one of my presents and had to ask us if we knew where it was. My dilemma was do I a) tell her that I know where it is and admit we had been snooping or b) not tell her and not get my Suntan Tuesday Taylor doll (that I really, really wanted). Greed won out - I told her where it was. They did eventually get better - they started hiding things in the trunk of the car, or leaving it at grandma's house and not bringing it home until the day before. :lmao:

I have a similar story... I asked for a particular race track. My dad asked if that was exactly what I wanted. I said yes. That night, I found hidden under their bed, an even better race track! Every day after school, I'd sneak in and look at it. I couldn't wait to open it. After about a week, the better race track was replaced by the one I'd asked for. They had gone back to the store and exchanged it. I didn't dare tell them that I'd been snooping, so I just kept quiet and tried to look happy on Christmas morning.

I need a diversion- hunting for Judy is just as good as anything I can think of. I mean, I'm off the hook as far as sewer duty goes now...

It is kind of fun. (No, I'm not talking about sewer duty. And isn't "sewer duty" redundant?)

Didn't she do a stunning job, as usual?? Look carefully....

Yes, she did. Do the letters spell something that I'm too slow on the uptake to get?

Pfft.... :furious::furious::furious:

Not so covertly anymore... I really need to get started with writing again!! I kind of don't want to write in my TR that it is now 1 year since we started the trip... :confused3 So thanks for bugging me, little sister! ;)

Don't let the length of time bother you, we're still with you!

Glen I think the best description of me is OPEN MOUTH insert FOOT!!!!:rotfl2:

We're going to have fun with that for a long time.

By this point in my replies, I don't even remember what you were saying "yes" to. But I'm glad you're agreeable!

Don't worry about losing the ones who you know will be with you to the end!! You write too well, and include too many fun pictures for us to go away that easily! :surfweb::goodvibes

Exactly.

Why yes, yes I do!!! :upsidedow

You guys and your conspiracy theories!

I also suffer from always picking the wrong line! I can get in a newly opened line being the first one and still end up waiting longer than the person who had 5 people before them.:headache:

Nifty logo!

I second Glenn's inquiry. Do the letters spell something? Or is it just nifty cool letters from Disney signs and logos?

Think hard, and this WILL be coming up on the next installment- but go ahead and get your think on, so you're prepared to WOW us all with your alphabet prowess. There IS a sort of reasoning to her creativity. :rolleyes1

Great update! How fun to have a private party like that, and more importantly, get receipts that say $0.00! Very smart to have lined up early, even with the "wrong line" aspect you still came out way ahead of many I am sure.

That Woot cracks me up! I used to get their emails. Don't anymore (not sure why) but that's probably a darn good thing!

I'm sure....you have the same luck as me. If I get to go to a new line, the cashier invariably says, "Oh wait. I have to get quarters." Or, "Ooops, the register tape has to be changed, we're out of paper." :sad2:

Sewer duty!! :lmao::lmao::lmao:

Hey, you said it, not me!

Aaaaauuuggh! I haven't been able to figure it out!

Thanks C! It was way cool to get to go to a party like that!

We've learned (the hard way) to line up early.

I don't get too many e-mails from them, but I try to see what their deal is every day.

YES!!! After so many weeks, I'm finally all caught up!!

Wow.....PChef is HUGE! You got all your food from the vendors for FREE! Wow...free Disney food. Kind of like the free dining right? I can't wait to do that.

There was no line at ToT? I wonder where everybody went?

The two times I was at DHS, I didn't see the AIE building. I still don't know where it is.

It sucks that those 200th people in line to get on the buses just budded in like that! I really hate it when people do that. There should've been more officials there to make sure that doesn't happen. That's just not fair!

Those rocker guys look pretty cool! Too bad they're not usually there.

I was wondering about those chocolate cakes....guess I'll have to try one next time I'm there.

Is it Cyrillic?

Is the top middle one a "G"?

Sorry I missed your post earlier Yuki.

YES!!! After so many weeks, I'm finally all caught up!!

:yay:

Yep, free. Yes, kind of like free dining. I loved seeing "$0.00" on the receipt!

There was no line at ToT? I wonder where everybody went?

We had no wait at the pre-show, and a short wait to get on an elevator. I think people were in line (or at) the Fantasmic show.

The two times I was at DHS, I didn't see the AIE building. I still don't know where it is.

I wasn't really sure where it was either. It's near the Sorcerer's hat...to the left of it. I'm doing this without looking at a map so I may be wrong, but I think it's on the same street as Sci-Fi is on, just that Sci-Fi is towards the end.

It wasn't the people's fault, it's just human nature. The organizers should have known better....either don't have the line curve like that, or if you do, put up some kind of rope or barrier to make everybody follow the line.

Those rocker guys look pretty cool! Too bad they're not usually there.

I wonder how many different characters those Streetmosphere people do.

I was wondering about those chocolate cakes....guess I'll have to try one next time I'm there.

That was the best part about the free food thing. I would never have bought one of those cakes with my own money -- they just didn't look that good. I thought they'd be dry or something, but they were luscious!

Glen stop using BIG words I am to tired to read them!!!:rotfl2: I did have an Uncle Cyril!!!!:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I just know of it. Liesa actually knows it and can read/write/speak it!

Uncle Cyril. :rotfl2:
