Bad news folks. I reached into my travel bag today and cut opn my finger from a razor I had loose in the bag. I cant type. Im a hunt & peck typer now.

Ouch, Buzz! Hope it wasn't too deep. Sympathy over.

Did you need stitches? I mean, if not, get back to typing!!! Wimp.

Heidi-I do take vitamins. I just have episodes like this. About 4 years ago, I spent 2 months sick. Once it starts to warm up I'll get better. I think this year is bad b/c I'm working/volunteering in LA's classroom and being around all those kids. Oof da. Talk about germs.

Buzz's owie reminds me of one time when I was in Vegas with my crazy mom. I reached into my cosmetic bag and cut my finger on my razor. It was bleeding pretty hard and I didn't have a band aid so my mom gives me one. It was a used one that she'd had on her toe. Yuck. I told her Thanks, but I'd pass. She was totally serious about me using it too.

Absolutely worth it!! I tease Buzz b/c he wanted to stop at one child. I always remind him if I'd listened to him, he wouldn't have his Loud Girl! (She was my C-section baby.)

OK, first of all, both of you need to keep the protective cover on your razors! sheesh!

I've had two of those "baby-owies".

Linnie, I have sick episodes like you are describing. I hope you start to feel better!! I know a big thing for me is getting enough sleep. I hope you figure out what works for you do you can get better!

I had both of mine c-section and I'm always telling DH that nothing he has will ever compare to those surgeries. The closest he came was having his gall bladder out, but that was laproscopic, so it was still easy compared to mine.

Linnie, that story about your mom's band-aid was really gross! I can't imagine my mom trying to give me a used one. Now, my girls, yes, I can imagine it coming from them, but not my mom!

Women swap birth stories like vetrans swap war stories. It's one of the consolations of going through childbirth! Like I told my ds14 today, it's like pooping out a 10lb watermelon! 2 of my 4 were without medication because the epideral didn't work.
