Welcome = we live just down the road from you.

You will LOVE the transatlantic. This is our second we did the 2011 and loved it and have been waiting patiently for this one. There is always plenty to do and more so when you join in the fun with the guys on the DIS....

It was Chrissie who I chatted with on the DIS before the 2011 cruise and people were talking about these lovely laundry sheets for the washer dryer and they were only available in the US and she got me some to use on the ship.

Anyway - WELCOME Liz and 'Pappy' look forward to meeting you.

Thanks and since we posted we are now doing this as a back to back with the first San Juan cruise!!


Doing this on points as a really good rate then cash for the 2nd cruise.

Champagne Girls magnets?

I have made these for those of us who are going to be attending the Champagne Girls meet.

Since I'm a latecomer here,I've been reading through the earlier posts,trying to catch up.
I saw that there were a few volunteers to help with homework if needed.
I would like to volunteer DH (I'll tell him eventually).
Although he retired as a high school principal, he was a history teacher first and still reads about a gazillion books a year that are history related and LOVES to talk to anybody about the subject. The only problem you might have with him, is stopping him from teaching/helping.
So if the subject comes up,feel free to tap Ed in cabin #7054. He'll jump at the chance.

By the way,although I am a retired middle school counselor,I'm pretty good in the area of English/Writing. I'll proofread on a moments notice!!

Well we had lunch with our son and future daughter-in-law today and they have decided to get married on July 4, 2014 so we get to go on this cruise. We are very happy about that.

After they told us the date, we told them about booking the two cruises and were just going to end up on the one that did not conflict with their wedding. They just laughed.

Here is the best one. We are giving them their honeymoon, my son grew up on WDW and DCL, and said something to his fiance about doing either one. She asked if they could do both. So for their honeymoon they are doing a 4 day on the Dream and then 4 days at the parks. We are going to get her to love Disney as all of us do.

My In laws gave us a trip to Disney World for our Honeymoon as well. We stayed at Old Key West and loved it. Although, it would have probably been a better honeymoon if I didn't insist that our 6 year old daughters come with us (Couldn't go to Disney World with out them, they had never been and would have probably disowned us). We loved it so much we bough into DVC while there.
