Create your own Old Fashioned at Dahlia

On the menu at Dahlia they have a Create-your-own old fashioned with a choice of 5 whiskeys, 5 syrups, and 5 bitters. Has anyone done this? What choices or combinations are there?

I haven't actually done it, but it is entirely free-style. You get to pick from any of the 5 in each category.

For the mathematically inclined that would be 5 x 5 x 5 = 125 variations.

I did it last week. I was just going to order a "regular" one but the patron next to me suggested I go with the maple syrup and cherry bitters.

It was cool. You got a sheet with 5 different whiskeys, 5 different syrups, and 5 different bitters options. The creation I made was good. Not necessarily better or worse than a "regular" Old Fashioned but I liked it! I honestly can't remember all the different choices.
