On our recent flights, United and American Airlines were very strict with carry-on size limits.
Before being allowed to enter the line for security screening, every carry-on bag had go into a bag sizer. If it didn't fit, the passenger was sent back to the check-in counter to check their carry-on. Also, they were strictly enforcing the one carry-on and one personal item limit.

How recent was this Woody? I flew a few months ago on American and no one checked my carry-on bag. Also since I'm flying first class for our WBTA I hope they leave me alone because my plan is just to have carry-on and a small personal item (no checked luggage).

I contacted the company and they will not discount the price of the tour for us. It's already less than 20 dollars per person for 2+ hours but I figured it couldn't hurt to try. The best thing to do is book yourself if your group is interested then we can just meet up before the tour. We'll be there 15 minutes before the tour begins. They start at the Arc de Triomf. It'll be a great way to see the city at night and should be fun!
