Have lunch at Pecos Bill

This is always a favorite place of ours to eat and we timed it perfectly before the afternoon rush and 12 pm.

Sing along w/ the Pirates of the Caribbean

Nathan was hoping to go on this ride 7 times this trip…this was # 2 Yo-HO!

Meet some characters

We got to see, Pirate Goofy who had fun dancing and goofing around w/ the kids and our Ma Nah Ma Nah sign

We also got to see Jessie and Woody who were just hanging out near the train station w/ hardly anyone around…

But sadly it was closed down for the moment…

And take the train back to Main Street

Now we didn’t take the train for a reason I don’t remember now and walked our way out but not before stopping for some great PP pictures near the hub:

And then I saw this guy:

The awesome PP photographer that took all those amazing pictures of the Spectrum Mom’s last year January. And He didn’t disappoint look at these:

He deserved a kiss:

We stopped to talk to some of the town locals, and Bekah got a free singing lesson:

We shook hands w/ the Mayor too:

We headed out of the park feeling full of fun but also ready for a break…

Then take a break at BLT

We made our own hot tub in the master bath to soak our feet

We arrived back to the park just before 5 pm well rested, fed and ready for some evening fun!

As usual Mic and Min do not disappoint and w/ hardly a wait we had a ton of funning playing, “talking” and laughing and they of course loved our signs!

Go on some rides, it was a choose your own adventure night:

Bekah chose to go see Swiss family Robinson Tree House (love the views as dusk was approaching)

Nate rode number 3 on POC which was a walk on

We went on the HM (Dad's choice) and thru the new queue and were almost all thru as a family when Naomi-Ruth panicked saying she had to go potty so I took out (noted at 6:20pm)

next we did Naomi-Ruth's choice of IASW

Mr. Gnome got his picture taken

We backtracked around to Tomorrowland for Rachel’s ride choice which was Buzz

No clue who’s scores…

After Buzz is when the night began to go downhill …as we were heading toward the Hub, I noticed it looked awfully dark and then I heard the distinct music from the MSEP and oh carp they added a parade when there wasn’t even supposed to be one tonight. UGH! I was mad… after that fiasco we squeezed our way through the crowds and found a gap to watch the shows…

It didn’t turn out how I imagined and I was nearly in tears yes I know that seems so selfish and petty of me but this was our view after the shows began and the rude guests stood up in front…

Get some treats

Since we didn’t have time or an opportunity to get treats before the fireworks we go them afterwards: funnel cakes and a fruit smoothie for NR. We also met a lovely family in the line who had two Autistic sons. The treats made up in part for the lackluster Wishes viewing as we got to see the Memories show from a side view a second time

With a now nearly empty park we got some great pictures in front of the castle (and the evening had a good pick-me-up )

We left the park about 9:30 pm whew! A full but great Disney Day at the Magic Kingdom!

The TOP 3 Magical Moments of Day 3) were

* having several walk on rides in a row

* letting the kids run around and explore TSI while Matt and I sat and looked on

* enjoying the delicious treats from Sleepy Hollow and watching the memories show

Day 4) Wednesday 1/22Hollywood Studios

was our park choice for the day! Things started out a bit rough in the morning as Rachel was feeling ill. As we slowed up to give her some time to eat and drink and hopefully feel a bit better, she still wasn’t ready for the park. It was well after 8 am now and the twins were getting anxious, especially Nathan so we decided to split up for now. Matt stayed behind w/ Rachel and I left w/ the twins and Naomi-Ruth and were on the bus on our way just before 9 am.

Matt and I kept cking in w/ each via texts. He decided to go find a thermometer as she felt warm and gave her some children’s Tylenol and a lot of fluids.

Our first ride of the morning was of course TSM and it was already filling up in the stand-by.

Up next was Star Tours for the twins only. This was their first time going on a ride by themselves, I was a tad nervous, since neither had been on the new version yet and Nathan had never been on the old one. But since there was hardly a wait and they were together I was hopeful it would all be ok

Naomi-Ruth and I hung out in the gift shop were the ride dumps into and had a little fun of our own:

It seemed like we were waiting forever and spent some time playing w/ the build your own saber display and talking to a CM about Obama being at MK the next day. We were already contemplating if we should adjust our plans or not for the day, I was even conferring w/ Heidi and Amy what they thought…
I was relieved when the twins showed up in the gift shop full of smiles and reporting how much they liked it.

We decided to get our chuckles on w/ the Muppets next:

It was now after 10 am and Matt and Rachel were going to try and come to the park for a little bit. The kids and I took a few pictures on the Streets of America

Then we went to go play in the HISTK play set while waiting for Matt and Rachel.

Nathan started to get a bit antsy and wanted to leave so he sat on a bench outside and read or played on his DSI.

It was filling up and NR needed to use the washroom so we exited out and then finally met up w/ Matt and Rach about 11:15 am according to my notes.
We decided to go do TSM again! But first we came to Attention:

Next we were all hungry and wanted to beat the noon rush so we headed over to the Sunset market area to get some food. There was a ton of seating when we first sat down and it worked out quite well. Bekah helped me get food.

before we finished up eating I went and got FP’s for Bekah and I to do ToT! her first time in the hotel…

while Matt and the other kids went and saw the Little Mermaid Show:

We also got to see the Beauty and the Beast show:

The kids had never seen in and it had been 1994 since Matt and I saw it together. Glad we made time for it as we all thoroughly enjoyed it and especially now as it’s rumored to be replaced by a Rapunzel show.

Now we headed to go see Phineas and Ferb we were all excited for this one! As we all get a crack out of the show. As we waited in line they had audience participation skits going on that the twins participated in and even Matt did some cool dance moves (too bad those aren’t on film) but as we were having fun, the rain began…BOO!

P & F had to go in to not catch a cold so we never got a turn to meet them…we headed over to MV3D for the 2nd time, hoping the rain would blow over…but no luck, we decided to call it a day as Nathan was aggravated by the rain/ponchos and Rachel even though feeling a bit better, still wasn’t great.

I made note we were on the bus back to BLT at 4:42…yes I like to be exact.

Back at the resort, we cked out the Community Hall area were Nathan and Bekah got to stay and play some video games and Bekah painted a ceramic and made a paper mask.

The little girls rested upstairs w/ Matt and watched some toons, while I did a little shopping and straightening up in the room to get ready to leave the next day…so sad.

Earlier in the day, Matt told me I could head back to MK later and try and see Wishes again in the park, and I was going to take him up on the offer, but ended up just watching them from the walkway bridge between CR and BLT and I know my smile was a mile wide!

We ended the evening w/ watching National Treasure, which Bekah rented from the Community hall and catching the EWP from our room window:

Fabulous photos... I love that you ran into "your" photographer at MK ... he really did take great photos...

(That picture of you "kissing" him was pretty cute as well...)

I didn't know about the Phineas and Ferb show at the Studios- def have to check that out... David is crazy for P & F- I think they're pretty funny too...

btw... National Treasure is a great film ... I love all that American History related stuff + an adventure to boot...
