has anyone used the magic for less travel agency? and how did it work for you?

I have used them twice & have no complaints. Deb was the TA that handled our reservations as well as making our ADR's for us. If public codes or discounts came out she would apply them for us. All around great service

I've used them 5 times. The last 3 1/2 have been with Deb and she's great. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I've used The Magic For Less so many times I can't remember them all! I also am friends with several of the agents and I can tell you it is a top notch travel agency. I've recommended them to many of my friends who have booked with them and they've all been more than satisfied. Jessica Johnson is my agent and I can say she is truly the best. If you are thinking of booking with them - I say go for it - don't even hesitate for a second. You won't be sorry!

I used them once and they were just ok. I just felt like I had to keep on top of my agent. We went during free dining and we used our Disney Visa to book, and I kind of felt that if I didn't keep reminding him about the free dining that maybe he wouldn't have bothered. I don't know if that would have been the case, but it was kinda how I felt.

Most time he answered emails right away, but there were a few times when I had to email him again and he said oh, I thought I answered you. Uh, no.

He also never reminded me to make ADRs until WAY after the 180 day mark. If I waited for his reminder, I woudn't have gotten the restaurants I wanted.

Next time I'm definitely booking it myself so I can have control over everything.

Our experiences with them have been wonderful.

Emily is our TA. She is always right on top of every discount as soon as they come out--gets us the best possible rates every time. Promptly arranges all of our ADRs on the first day possible. And whenever I have needed to contact her, she answers my emails and gets things done asap (usually within the next 15 minutes to 1 hour). I have nothing but good things to say about the service we have received over multiple trips.
