Okay, I've been actually spending time with my family since yesterday morning so I'm behind on the scoop. Did someone say Disney is offering free dining again? Or to ZZUB, free dinning...

Hmmmmm....that might be a thought......

Gotta run. We are spending the day down at the ballfields today. We had opening ceremonies this morning and DS's team has a double header starting at noon. DH took the plunge and he's coaching this year. Yay! Go Team! I'll be one of the Crazy Moms out there screaming for DS to 'knock the fire out of it" and getting into arguments with the ump.

Just kidding.

Well, maybe half kidding.

we have stayed at Por .........three adults and two little ones......my daughter went with us and she shared the bed with her young daughter and gs was on the trundle bed ......it was perfect...we didnt have any problems as we were only in our room at night and for a quick change of clothes and or naps...

the christmas noose starting to tighten....and we're getting off the wonder

hey mel girl..to think my mother thought i wasn't going to amount
to anything...and "today" ticking off people all over the "dis" world...and
evenbetter..it's what day?..and we doing our taxes [moan] but actually
got money back!!whoo i feel like i am @ mickeyd --change on the dollar!!
by the way..there's a pic/story i wish i could show you..it's my "one" son
when he started kindergarden [there's that garden word again]. it's a
pic of him driving a tractor..he couldn't been 4y/o..and turning the wheel
with all his "might". this is what he wrote for his class.."i am riding a
tractor wict i "love" [he drew a little heart] to do"....see? i should have
pick up trouble was brewing......the things that can come back to "haunt"
you when you don't pay attention?! another time i left him on our living
room with my keys [maybe 2y/o] as i got ready for work. well i come back
and the keys weregone. what the heck. worst i was clean out of fastpass
so "what am i going to do [today/ok i like bambi!]...iwasjust beside myself
because they're no where //he couldn't have moved to far...and i was looking
everywher. you know what frantic means?..then i remember how good a
climber he was..sure enough there they were ...@ the bottom of the fish tank. also he used to "sing" the old batman theme song on his wooden
"horse" [ not to confuse with thehigh horsey onanother thread-you read?]
he was absoulte darling ..but here the game begins..i could never take
any movies of it because everytime he saw the camera hestopped.. we
[my wife included]could never get this..just him looking silly at us.
you like our other son..[college] he was pure ghostbuster...when was 7,
he had the "ray/slimer cigarette scene down pat. sothat us..a real functioning
dsyfunctionin family ..out ot have fun. i remember one of our first trip
where we got "stuck" behind the show area [castle] ..i was cursing [to
myself] all the villins when all the characterscame & greeted us..whoo
i felt klie thejackpot]. it was thesame trip that we forgotten the diapers
[even though we had 2 diaper bags]...back whenthere were no baby station.
talking about wishing/hoping on self control..we kept solid foods away from
him that day. p.s. its true..i still canhear the"squesk, squeak of the baby
cart rolling down the hopsital hall...that's 100% true story. why? he was
screaming his haed off beacuse he was starving...we put him solid foods
before he left the hospital. and so you know your future..he came home
covered with mud!!! two inchesthick on his pant shoes and histruck. what
he do? laid his clothes on top my clothes. good luck..i think you going
to have future adventures [however, i [ heart] reading 'em.] you do know
the biggest songs are those written from expriences? i beleive your
kids will make you famous...so get writing.
f.y.i...mama lion..think janis jolpin..but i got to admitt i brought her album
[i wasa kid once! too]...because of the picuture..outside was like a circus
wagon [old horse type]..with her pic showing thru. when you opened
the album..she was breastefeeding ..a lion cub. sooooo

MOMOFMNM, I have stayed at POR in Alligator Bayou, and I loved it. There were only two of us though, so I can’t help out much with the room size question. I will say that the resort is really well done, and I think you’ll really enjoy it.

we spend very little time in the room anyway so I think we will be OK, still saving a thousand or more over the Poly stay but I am going to have to go into mourning for a short period you realize....WAAAAAI love my Poly Paradise and monorail access and Wishes from the beach....dangit anyway...why didn't I choose pro basketball as my profession instead of teaching special ed???

oh yeah...I'm 5'2


and I love my kiddos look at what I am willing to sacrafice...

Just when I pick myself up from these unprovoked hate crimes, you come along and compare me to Howie Mandel. While there are worse people to be compared to, say for instance Alan Dershowitz or Gene Hackman, I assure you I actually have more hair and less humor than Mr. Mandel. Although not much on either count.

Despite the onslaught of vicious personal attacks, your trip report is very good. Anyone who hasn't read it needs to.

I TOLD ya I always pick the best times with the best deals, hello!!!! Unfortunately my dh is axing the idea of a second stay at my beloved Poly...even the melons will not sway him... I must need loubon to write a letter to him stating how truely lucky he is to have such "persuasion"...alas he is irking me and going all "Disney AWOL" on me today...

he even has the nerve to say to me

I think I finally convinced my dd6 that crocs would be perfect for disney. I showed her the pics of your girls in their's in your last post on your TR. She definitely thought that they (your DD's) were looking both cool and cute in those pics. She also realized that you can wear crocs barefoot. She has a huge aversion to socks, she learned to pull them off at about 3months and hasn't wanted to keep them on since. She actually thinks that it is ok to play in snow with just boots, they're lines after all so who needs socks. I simply love my crocs. I work in a big hospital and everyone recognizes me b/c I wear the bright pink ones with any color scrubs. They are the most comfortable thing I have ever owned.
