If you can't find the Mederma, I second whomever said Vitamin E - that works very well for preventing scars. I think Curad makes a scar cream thingy now too, so you can look for that.

Oh yeah... how do you get BLOOD out of a cream carpet???? There's quite a bit of a stain. She's perturbed. To say the least. And she's STILL got our cat. I'm afraid for the cat's well-being. Heh, heh.

Mel, get yourself some Petzyme or Nature's Miracle (any kind of enzymatic cleaner will do). It'll take the blood RIGHT out.

ANYway, Mel, I was commenting on you need for a tag and the fact that I think the TF doesn't DO trip reports. She likes to hang out over here in the Community. So, now that you've made the move, you'll get tagged for sure. But if the TF uses your "Blessed is the woman with a quiver full of CROCS" line, then I should get a tag too. It is MY quiver with the CROCS, eh?

Apparently she doesn't trust me to find this "Mederma" cream on my own. So, apparently, we're marching to Walmart... together.

The RED ALERT is for all the drivers out there on the roads with her. She's a TERRIBLE driver. About 60km/hr with her left blinker flashing the whole time.

Why does she do that?

It's a mystery to me.

I think that it was more like Days of fun.

I got into the trip report late in the game and it took me four glorious days to read it. Well worth every minute that I spent. I even took notes!!! Does that make me a Disbaords geek or nerd?

Oh yeah one more thing, Mel.....I would love to have your recipe for tacos in a bag.

Since I shared it with Hannibal Lector I guess I can share it with you guys, too. He WAS pretty hot though. For a killer. I think.

Here we go then ~

TACOS IN A BAG:

Brown one lb. of ground beef or ground chicken, pork whatever.
Mix it with a pkg of Taco Seasoning... following the directions on the pkg.

Grate cheese, shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, salsa, sour cream etc. Get out all your favourite Taco toppings.

Buy a bunch of little bags of Fritos, regular flavour, like snack-size ones.

Open your bag. Crunch up the Frito chips, add a scoop or two of meat and all the toppings you'd like. Eat the deal with a spoon right out of the bag. Yummy. The kids and DH love this meal. And I love the fact that there are less dishes to do. It's great for camping and birthday parties. Always a big hit.

Thought it might go over well in the BIG HOUSE, too. Hee, hee, hee.
