I can't tell you how tickled by this I am. Can you believe I still have a t-shirt that reads "Don't blame me, I voted for Bill and Opus!" with a pic of Bill? PongoJen would be mortified. I have a t-shirt that is almost 20 years old. I believe I got that for my first presidential vote, in 1988. Any guesses on who I voted for?

The real problem is, I followed your link. Then I spent an hour reading/viewing the food porn. I need to stay off that board. Makes me want to eat.

I am haveing a bad food day. Sundays always get me. The kids had pancakes for breakfast and I ate one. It was a downhill carb loading spiral from there. Now I feel gross. I hate that. Tomorrow we are going to a base ball game, and all there is to eat is horrible. Maybe I can sneak some real food in...

Tomorrow I agreed to work 6 hours. Then I have to leave for the game by 4 because it is scout night and Max wants to parade around the diamond, so we have to be early. Yuck, I hate busy days.

So I came across some more of my food porn pics. I never uploaded our Cali Grill pics, and I found them when reviewing some old photo files on the computer. I guess I shouldn't post them here. Dangerous. And I don't want to be accused of being an enabler, or a bad influence. And I need to go on a diet. Those pics make me gain weight just by looking hard.

I still have my Opus plushies -- the one with the reindeer horns and Christmas ornaments, the "Crazy Love" one in the heart-patterned straightjacket, and two different sizes of the one in the orange towel and the flowered shower cap. And of course a collection of Bloom County books. To go with the Far Side collection and Calvin & Hobbes.

20 year old t shirts ... hm. I think I still have my tshirt from the Peter Gabriel "So" tour. And one from the Cure "Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me" tour. They're not really in wearable condition but I keep telling myself I'm going to make a quilt of all these relics. Gotta learn to sew first.

Yak...I didn't go CAR shopping for 3 hours. I went clothes shopping for 3 hours. Then we went car shopping for like ........well 3 hours!

Glad to hear your DS is having a good time. That special trip is something he is going to remember forever.

Chappie...., Sorry to hear you had some crappy weather. We had fantastic weather today. My little ones were out ALL day. They got up this morning, got dressed, made their beds, ate breakfast and bolted for the door!! Isnt it hard to keep the entertained on the weekends? My 5 year old has to have something going on constantly!! I always tell her, Honey, life is not a 24 hour party !!! Of course, she looks at me with a blank stare . Gotta love em.

We had lunch with a couple from church today and on the way home as we were de-briefing, in response to my wife saying she really liked them, I said, "yeah, they're a fastpass." She asked, "what does that mean?" And I responded, "I'm only using Disney related adjectives from now on. Fastpass is a good thing. When something is lousy it's Epcot. As in the phrase, that meatloaf is so Epcot."

Master Gracie: thanks for what you said. By the way, I read your trip report and really enjoyed it. I also remember when I got the first official Spidey thumbs up. I don't always post after I read something. But I enjoyed your report.

I am soooo touched by your sweet birthday wishes!!! Thank you!!! It has been a most excellent day. Over dinner, DH and I were talking about where and when we were going to go on vacation this year ....Disney has been 'out' in his book b/c we just went in December and he wants to go somewhere different. We've talked about going away for Christmas many times...but tonight we decided that we are going to go on a cruise... a Disney Cruise!!!! He wants to do the Cruise!!! Christmas is sooo wierd for us. Divorced parents demanding time, lots of travel in the car and rushing, and I'm standing in the kitchen cooking the whole friggin time. Hot diggity damn...I might be cruising with a big loveable rat and drinking a tottie instead!!
