I lost about 40 pounds and want to loose 10 more!!!
I am Firming again and doing the treadmill, about 3 mi a day sometimes more...but not today cuz I am in this sucks mode again tonight...ICK
It is cold and rainy AGAIN here all weekend...and I mostly enjoy water sports, track running and inline skating...Iowa is hard for those who like to be OUTSIDE more than 30 days a year...
I watch BL too. I cry too...when I see someone drop 15 pounds in a week, then I hate myself and eat cake...it is a bad habit I guess.
we went for free dining last year and I ate desserts at one meal a day. I came back a pound lighter. I have to be honest and say we did not eat B L AND DINNER we would eat one meal a day and a few snacks instead..me and my peeps are not big into food (although you might be shocked if you saw my WW before and after pics!!!!!)We also toured the park all day and night without rest, we were really burning it up down there for our first visit.
I am looking forward to a weeklong stay at the Poly this year. I did not get to enjoy it as much as I should have. I was too comando to relax but this time I am going to REALLY appreciate all the World has to offer and bulid in some special things too like a tea for my girlies!! And a balcony romp for my dh...(ohhh there I go again sorrry!!!) I just hope we end up on third floor this time...
I had been asked to be spotlighted on the WW website when I reached GOAL but I feel I need to loose 10 more to REALLY show off. I think when I get there I may be a leader and let them put me on the website...great...melons as a poster girl for fatties...wonderful...
CONGRATS on your loss!!! You must be very pround!!! isn't it funny how we still see ourselves as our old self??? I can wear a 6 now and I swear sometimes I look in the mirror and still see that 14 staring back at me. Dr Phil says that is how we sabbatoge our loss and I agree. We don't deserve (or we think we don't) to be thin or fat free or healthy or good looking. It takes a long time to figure it all out. I was thin a long time ago in HS like 100 pounds but I haven't been this weight since before I had kids...
I am still working on it DAILY, HOURLY, BY THE MINUTE.
And I would like to reach my ultimate goal of a 4...I am pretty close!!
