Karen, Oh, for some reason I thought you were leaving tomorrow. Well good, we'll have one more day with you! And yes, definitely do swipe me some pretzel bread from Le Cellier

We're planning on doing MGM, MK and EPCOT. Of course it will rain, but summer in FL is wet I own 12 Disney umbrellas. EBAY anyone?
We are talking about going to either Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon (more wet). Mostly I want to hold hands with Jim, eat, drink and worry about my diet on Friday.

It's just a before going back to school/work trip.

Enjoy every second of your time!! How romantic (the hand holding) and how wonderful (not being worried about a diet). AHHH...HAVE SO MUCH FUN!!

Hee hee! Jason turns 10 (how old does that make me!!) on Tuesday. He wants to have a Pirates party. ARRGGHHH!

We are going to do a lot at night (he's having 6 boys spend the night). Things we have planned:

-night time "dark" swim (my boys think this is the ultimate in cool, being able to swim after dark)

-dh is going to let off some fireworks at the completion of...

-a treasure hunt all over the yard (we have just over 3 acres of mowed yard to plan it all over and I am so excited to do this) I even bought some glow sticks for the boys to carry to keep track of them as they run around after dark (no street lights here)

-watch POTC (the first one)

-I am still trying to find a good POTC cake (I am NOT a good cake person, my cakes may taste good but they look BAD).

That sounds like a whole lotta fun! For Ainslee's we are just renting a bounce house for the kids to jump in. I didn't to stress myself out with a whole lotta planning. Every other time I'd done a bounce house and also had games and stuff, the kids never wanted to come in from the bounce house to do the games. So I'm not doing them this time!

That sounds like so much fun. We did a pirate's theme for Jimmy's 8th birthday. I also did a treasure hunt. Wrote the clues in rhymes and they had to go hunting for treasure. I put out these X mark the spot markers. Each clue was different, so it lead the boys to different areas to claim their prizes.

I found these little treasure chests at the $Store and put the clues in those. In fact, we still have a parrot that I hung up with the decorations. It's still hung up in my kitchen. I forgot where that came from until now (blonde moment).

It will be fun. Bakeries make up all kinds of cakes. Maybe they can help you with that so you don't drive yourself It will be great!

I had a pirate day with my Kindergartners last year. At the end of the day we had a treasure hunt all over the playground and classroom. Pirates is always a good theme!
