Cute pics Kalen...

*gasp, gasp* Did I see a pic with a delicious dessert in a "glass slipper"? Send one my way!

P. S. QT, I took off the Mad Hatter's hat? Ummm, I don't think that's your dh! It's this fool

You gotta love the shoes. Must go for comfort.... they are tinkerbelle though. She just loves that doll. It was very memorable. This past trip was a b-day blowout for both kids. DD and I did the tea party while DH and DS did the Train Tour. They loved it and still talk about it....

Long story short about the job.... I am a lab tech in a hospital. (Run blood tests etc..) My main duties are maintaining the computer system. LOL as I am really computer illiterate but I try. I do "bench work" as needed and I really love it. I've wanted to work in a lab since I was 14. Seriously. Sad I know.
As my screen name says CF'er.... I have CF (Cystic Fibrosis). I have started growing a couple of drug resistant bugs lately along with a wierd one that requires long term IV antibiotic therapy. I am into a decline heathwise and it takes everything I have just to maintain.
The dr's want me to quit working and try to get better. It's not just as easy as that. Although I do need to be here for DH, DS, and DD in the long run. They need me. Still, it's not easy to just quit.

That's kind-of it in a nut shell. If you have any ??'s feel free to ask, I'm not shy about talking about my health of CF itself.

Girls are so much fun, but alot of WORK!!!! I'm one of three girls also! Everyone asks me when I'm going to "try for the boy" - I don't think that's going to happen. We're happy w/our two girls and our family is complete.

Thanks for the warm welcome all. I will not need sugar as I brought my own chai. Ever tried Pacific Chai? It is truly addictive.

And hey, it is never too early for chocolate is it?

:grouphug: That's a very rough situation. I can imagine it's not easy to quit. I hope you're getting better soon!

I've never tried chai. Is that in the tea section?

I hate comments like that. The "try for the boy" one, not that girls are a lot of work. :rotfl: I have one girl and two boys and yeah, she is more trouble than both of them put together majority of the time. They get mad and yell and holler but then they are done. DD is still pouting 45 min later and no one else even remembers it happened.

I know, I have 3 DD's (well, one is my stepdaughter) and people always say that to me. We are trying for another babe, and I want another girl!
