Just got back from trying to do a couple lessons in my "learn Chinese" book. Its a book designed for americans who have no clue (like me ). Its very slow going and boy do I feel like a dummy. So I decided that was enough for tonight.

Its been awful. Stuck at my mom's house with a computer so old that even trying to log into DIS is painful. I tried a couple times but gave up before I even made it anywhere. So frustrating. So glad to be back!

So I hear you went on a job interview! Do tell!

That's awesome! Don't give up. Take it slow. Think of the ending result! Is this something that you have decided to take on in your spare time?

yeah. DBF is Chinese and so my main motivation is the knowledge of whether or not hes talking about me over the phone
